I wish I had linked this location to the one in Lusby, apparently they are the same group and have similar reviews. Went to have a dress altered for a wedding. The price was high but he was hemming the gown, adding straps and bringing in the sides. I figured that a “master tailor” could handle it. I gave them 7 WEEKS to do the job. I went in the day before it was scheduled to be ready and they said I needed to come back tomorrow at 4:00pm. I called at 3:00pm the next day( the due date) and they said it wasn’t ready and I should come at 4:30. At 4:00pm they called me and said that I should come at 5:30 because he was still working on it. Remember he had 7 WEEKS to do this!!! I couldn’t make it because I had to be somewhere at 6:00pm and told them I would have to pick it up on Monday. I said that I had given them 7 WEEKS to do it and asked what the problem was and they said that it was a big job and they were very busy. So I arrived on Monday at 8:00am and found that the dress was done but incorrectly and poorly. The straps were too long and not removable (as I had requested) and the gown was too long in the hem. What was more irritating was that there were thread ends sticking out of the bodice where he had done the work and not clipped them, and beads were loose and/or missing. They didn’t have the dress steamed or ready. They offered to dry clean the dress for free and fix the straps later. I am not sure whether I will bring it back to them. After I complained, they finally apologized.

I took a black and white formal gown there to be dry cleaned and they ruined the gown. The white part turned gray. The owner claimed it was a "manufacturer defect" but there is no proof behind that statement. When I expressed displeasure at the outcome, the owner insisted that I must still pay for the ruined garment. We disputed back and forth until I finally told them to keep the dress and left without paying. I have no idea why they expected me to pay for a ruined garment. I have heard of other dry cleaners that not only waive the fee when something goes wrong, but also reimburse thw customer for the ruined garment. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
