In my experience, this place is not well organized and unprofessional. Go elsewhere with any clothing you care about. DO NOT get any serious alterations here. My whole story is below. I brought in a vintage 1980s Brooks Brothers tweed jacket (ebay find) to get cleaned and the sleeves shortened. Paid for everything upfront ($25 for sleeve alteration - fairly standard). When I got the jacket back, it was only cleaned. To me, this shows poor organization and no attention to detail - it shouldnt be too unusual for a customer to need cleaning AND an alteration. So anyway, I bring the jacket back and tell the young guy working there (owners son Im guessing) the situation and repeatedly say these sleeves were supposed to be shortened "an inch and a quarter." I repeated these instructions to him both the original time I brought the jacket in and when I had to bring it back. Both times he dumbly repeated back "an inch and a quarter" but I didnt see him write it down anywhere, making me nervous. He promised a two-day turnaround (stated on my ticket done by Wed) on the "redo" of the sleeves, but when I came back Wed it wasnt done - I had to come back again thurs. When I get the jacket back on thursday the sleeves were shortened, but I do not believe 1.25" was taken off - the sleeves were still too long on me. I cant prove this and its possible my measurement was off and I needed more shortening than 1.25", but I dont believe thats probable. Also, my Brooks jacket has only two buttons on the sleeve by design, with a decent gap between the buttons. The jacket was returned to me with the buttons very close together, throwing off the look. In conclusion, I will be paying $25 AGAIN to get my tweed jacket sleeves redone somewhere professional. At this point, Im just happy to have my jacket back and that they didnt do any irreparable damage. Despite having a huge "Expert Alterations" sign out front, having lots of sewing supplies inside, as well as mirrors and changing area to try stuff on, I learned that anything more than a simple hem is farmed out somewhere (like my jacket was). This is NOT a serious alterations shop at all. I will add they are currently advertising "$8 hems" in the front sign which I previously utilized to get pants shortened a simple 1". My result with these was fine, and it was a decent savings over the usual ~$12. However, personally I wont come back here at all for anything based on principle and mistrust. The best local place Ive found for alterations Bell Tailor on York Rd in Towson (no dry cleaning here - focus is 100% on alterations). Also very good is J&J further up York Rd towards Cockeysville - they do both dry cleaning and alterations. J&J is run by native english speakers and operates like a well-oiled machine.

Excellent cleaners! First, they are organic, major points, right off the bat! Second, they hold themselves to a high standard. The shirts consistently come out clean and very neat, the sleeves gently pinned across the chest, for optimum storage. They dont look rushed. Im overly critical, but couldnt ask for more. Ive had a zipper fixed here, too, and no complaints, either. Quick, affordable (at around $10) and it still works. If you are looking for men shirt cleaning, go on a Tuesday, they have a 3-for-2 special, Ive walked out with 15 shirts for about $15!! Best dry cleaning service that Ive ever used!

The lady at the front desk had a thick, hard to understand accent, but she was still nice and repeated herself as many times as I needed her to. She did an amazing job cleaning and sewing patches on to my favorite black wool jacket - it was covered in white powder stains - and when I got it back the patches were elegantly sewn on the sleeves exactly where I asked her to place them, with the thread tightly hugging their edges so it looked like they had always been there, as part of the jacket itself.

This dry cleaning business lost 4 of my shirts and did not offer to reimburse any money for them. Avoid at all costs. Spoke with owner who was rude and clueless. Will now be filing a claim in small claims court in Towson just on principle. Folks do no speak English very well and have no idea what customer service is. Avoid at all costs.

Same thing happened to me just a day ago. This place is absolutely horrible and the owner did not even wanted to speak with me in English nor did they try to find my items. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE unless you want to lose your valuable things!
