I took a suit to get dry cleaned and I noticed part of had been damaged. When my wife took it back to them she told them to fix it or replace it. The conversation escalated with my wife and the manager shouting at each other. He told her it must have been caught in the car door or the closet door and that he wasnt responsible. He then asked us why we hadnt come in sooner; he wasnt there when we went in the first time. The suit had been hanging on a hanger and the part of the suit that was damage could not have been caught in car door. He also stopped in the middle of their conversation and started speaking with a guy that came in the store. My wife could not understand what they were speaking as they were speaking a foreign language. She could tell that he was talking about her. The manager didnt even offer a refund for the dry cleaning. The suit he damaged was expensive. I will never take anything to them again. Terrible people and terrible service.

I will never do business with them again. They ruined a pair of my jeans by washing them. They faded them and they shrinked them two sizes. Brand new jeans, never washed. When I asked to be reimbursed she refused. I took them to another cleaners and they owner said that in his opinion the jeans had been washed, not dry cleaned, and should not have shrinked that much, the dryer shrinks them. I do not recommend that you do business with them. If your clothes are ruined it will be your loss. Dont expect any compensation from them. Do business with them at your own risk!

Been using them a few months now and always prompt and comes out great. The only issue I have with them is the location because its difficult to get out of that parking lot. Prices are a bit higher than others but its convenient and the clothes are taken care of.
