Had a comforter dry cleaned, it was wrapped in clear plastic when I picked it up. For some reason, instead of just putting it in the closet, I decided to open it first. Good thing I did because it was wet - the entire core of the comforter was damp. If I had put it away as packaged, it wouldve ruined the comforter.

The service was poor. The customer service was poor. I had to go back multiple times only to find my dress wasnt ready (on the date the told me if would be ready) and also to find once I could pick it up, my dress was not clean. Why do you provide dry cleaning service if its going to be poor?
