This place is a complete JOKE. First of all, PLEASE DONT GO THERE especially if you cant afford for your shirts and suits to be completely messed up beyond repair. I just recently moved to Severna Park. I searched for dry cleaners and I found Zoom (I wish I never did). I took 17 dress shirts there, including 7 whites and the rest mixed colors, three complete suits and a suit paint. All the white shirts where completely discolored. The collar and the wrist were dirtier than when I brought them. The shoulders and the back of the shirts where all wrinkled. I mean all 17 shirts. There were several stains and other dirty stuff from their iron. I saw those issues right there during pickup and the lady admitted the problem and took everything back. The third day, I got there and it was actually worse than the first day. My suits were like they just removed them from dryer and hung them. There was just nothing I could have done as I do not like trouble. I took everything and drove 45 miles to my old dry cleaner and most of my shirts were restored. Painfully, not any of the whites (well, better than what I got from Zoom). For some reasons, the buttons on three of my shirts cracked off the shirts. My Very honest advice to whoever is reading this, is not to even consider trying this place at all. I hope someone will find this helpful and not fall into this issues like I did. I learnt my lessons and you don’t have to.

BEWARE.....DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!!....I took my Pottery Barn curtains there to be cleaned and pressed, it took them 2 weeks to complete the job and when I went to hang them back up they were shrunk by almost 10 inches. It was not a pleasant experience when I attempted to have them reimburse me for the curtains. After going back and forth with the manager on site and her going back and forth with her boss they finally wrote me a check for significantly less than what I paid for the curtains. I was sick and tired of going back and forth with these people so I accepted the reimbursement and took the loss. Oh and besides the curtains being shrunk they were wrinkled and still had stains on them that I specifically asked to be cleaned. Furthermore, they were not apologetic in the least bit. They treated me as though I was trying to make money off of them ruining my expensive Pottery Barn curtains. Absolute worse dry cleaner and customer service ever!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

I took some of my clothing to this location on 10/19/16. When I returned to pick up my clothing I was missing a piece. I was told to call back and speak with the manager, I did she said she would call me back about my clothing. Well as of today Nov. 9th I still have not heard any thing back from her. I went into the cleaners this morning to see her and the young lady told me she was not in. So I started telling the young lady about my visit and she said she could not help me. I had my ticket in hand and she did not even bother to look for my stuff. This is what I call poor customer service.

My husband is very unhappy with the handling of his shirts. The back of the collar always has a big dent in it. We think that results from putting too many pieces of clothing in each slot on the trolley that holds the completed clothes. Ive asked the counter people twice about this, and they have not been helpful. Perhaps if someone can explain, or better yet, fix the problem. Its never happened at another cleaners.

Avoid at all cost. They messed up a garment and did mention it until they were pressed on what was taking so long to have the item returned. Only refunded the cleaning cost and no composition for the item. In short: - Bad customer service - Poor communication - unreliable service - failure to take ownership of an issue and make it right

Find a other place to dry clean severna park has many options. They dont even deserve 1 star. Wow all other negative reviews must be true. They shrink all you clothes, wash things that are dry clean only and provide terrible service. Definately stop by this place if you want to trash some of your items.

Good dry cleaner. I am saving a lot compared to my old cleaner. I have only ever had one issue, and they took care of it without any problem. Definitely glad to have found this place.
