In short...my uniforms are NEVER cleaned or pressed to my requests. Every time I pick my uniforms up for work I check them to make sure they are pressed to how I requested at drop off. Every time I have to stand around and wait for 20 + minutes to have my clothes fixed. Sometimes my sleeves are tucked up into my shirt thus making them a wrinkled mess. Ive arrived 15 minutes before pick up (5PM) and was turned away because it wasnt 5PM. She didnt even look to see if my uniforms were ready, simply said "Its not 5pm yet." Just yesterday I stood around for 20 minutes because yet again my uniform shirts DID NOT have creases in the sleeves. I request it every time and every time they come out a wrinkled messed. During that time, one customer was turned away because their clothes were not ready and they were supposed to be ready by 5PM. This customer was also told their clothes would not be ready this evening at all. Another customer was there to pick up his dress pants. The employee brought them out with a huge black stain on them stating "your pants got caught in our machine and we are doing everything we can to repair/fix them." This gentleman had already seen what happened me and they other woman, so he just turned and walked out. I dont blame him. I will say this, regardless of my horrible experience with Zips, the employees cheerful and always helpful attitude is the ONLY thing that has made my experience worthwhile.

Most disrespectful people ever seen , I drove half an hour and got stuck in a traffic , so I immediately called them up and requested to just wait for 5 minutes , that I am on my way , the girl who picked up the call was so rude and right away denied my request and said " no way we close at 8 and try to be here by 8 "and she hang up the call , I drove like crazy and reached there by 7:58 , the person working inside saw me parking my car in front of the store but still she went inside locking the door , I ran towards the door carrying my shirts in my hand , and was knocking at the door , and waited almost 5 minutes , I felt so embarrassed and was disgusted at that lady, she was watching me standing at the door and still ignoring me . I just want to say clean the clothes later , first clean your hearts and teach your employees how to treat your customers , even if you say that I was late that doesnt give a reason for them to mistreat a customer, even atleast if the lady had talked to me and said no I would have understood and left the store.

We have been using Zips for the past year and a half and have finally had enough. Several times they ruined nice dress shirts with burn marks or clothes came back no cleaner than they went in. This time was worse, we returned the clothes to be re-cleaned, they had an awful smell, they smelled of body odor- AND NOT our body odor. They reluctantly accepted only the unworn clothes to re-clean them (one pair of mens pants and one pair of womens pants had been taken off the hanger and tried on before noticing the smell, they refused to re-clean those, saying they were worn). Well, we picked up the "re-cleaned" pants yesterday. They still smell terrible. You cant beat the cost if youre only looking at the $2/per piece price, but you will beat the cost using another dry cleaner in the long run because your clothes wont be ruined and theyll smell better. Terrible business and terrible customer service. Im not sure if the other locations are like this, but steer clear of this one.

If I can give negative star. I will do it. Dont ever trust your expensive clothes here. They ruined my 2 $800 dollar worth of silk shirt (Lafayette 148 NY brand). I sent the shirt crisp and just a tiny white discoloration in the front, about the size of a penny. And when my husband get it, it looked old and and all the whitish stain all over. Maybe from the chemical they used. And also, the hem and collar wrinkled and seemed to shrunk. Wow! And they took it to rework. But nothing happens. It is still there. Well, I even embarrassed to donate it to goodwill. And also, shame on me, I sent them a Lafayette shirt 1 month before this because of some stain. And guess what?!!! I think they just pressed it because the stain is still there. But that time, there was no white stain all over so I guess, I should be thankful. Shame on me, I trusted them again. Please, I begged you, if you love your clothes. Not here. They will ruin it 100%

Terrible , 5 of my north face jacket was terribly ruin . When I go pick up my jacket they only show me one jacket that was damage (burnt) .When we got home we check the other 4 , and notice all the other four jacket was shrunken from over drying. They told me that the general manager will contact me in regards to the damage but weeks after weeks I am the one that have to call to follow up with the problem . And almost every time I get the same respond " general manager is not here . When I finally gets a respond ,they told me they are only going to refund me 60% of the dry clean fee (they charge me 2.50 for each of the jacket that was dry clean so 60% of every $2.50 will be $1.50 ,while each of the jacket was over $150) . I am definitely going to file a complaint with better business bureau . 5 north face jackets cost me at least $600 and what they going to pay me back is less than $10.00 is not going to solve this trouble .

1st time here brought my clothes in to be cleaned. When I came in one of the shirts had a stain that wasnt on it. However theyre fixing it. So apparently a guy that was either the mgr or the person that cleans the clothes. Says the reason it had a note on it wasnt because of the stain it was because he wanted to get the info to have a cleaning contract. So I was going to give him the info so he goes on to say "oh no thats ok" But Thanks though. What it really was he was in fact upset because I let them know that a stain wasnt on a shirt when I brought it in. Allow me to be very clear whether you got the contract or not has nothing to do with me. Your company is just that yours. So next time if there is one you may not want to come across as nasty as if youre doing me some type of favor because your not.....

Waiting for the Manager to start the process of handling my complaint. Took JCPenny pleated dry clean only patio door drapery panels and valance to the Glen Burnie location. When picked up, the panels were no longer the same size, they were all wrinkled, and lost all their color, crispness, and shape. How could they have even had the nerve to hand them back to me and allow me to go home excited to have clean drapes only to find them completely ruined? Will be writing back to let you know how they handle this heart-breaking issue. Oh and it was over $50 by the way, just to have them ruined!
