I would not recommend Zips dry cleaning to anyone! I used their service for the first time a couple weeks ago and dropped off some expensive shirts to be dry cleaned. After picking them up I was told they were laundered instead of dry cleaned. This caused a major problem with buttons on the shirts being smashed and damaged. Since the shirts were $120 each they had custom buttons that could not be replaced. This was the first time the shirts had even had service since they were only worn one time and were still brand new. This experience cost me several hundred dollars in damaged clothes. The manager basically said sorry for your luck and we are not responsible for any damages. Definitely DO NOT take any clothes of value to this dry cleaner!

I went in mid morning to drop off my boyfriends suit before our flight the next day. I was told it wouldnt be ready until after 5pm the following day. I explained that we were leaving to go to my grandmothers funeral and needed it the next morning before our flight at noon, I even offered to pay extra to have it done sooner. The girl checked with the manager who was only 3 feet away with her back toward me and she wouldnt even acknowledge me as the customer, just told the girl no. Terrible service and I will definitely tell people NOT to go there. Many other options in the area and all are better than this place!

Zips is a great place to take casual clothes. But if its spotted, expect to have to bring it back to be given attention again. I thought I could place tape on the spots and have them be attended to; but the last time I went, even after taping to bring notice to each spot needing attention, they still were not addressed. No spots, no problem. Casual items, no harm. But suits and other business attire. Maybe not! You decide. But you cant beat the price!

The employees hate their jobs and lives. I cant blame them, they dont even have AC. My work clothing is often missing buttons after their service, their tailor sucks and doesnt take the initiative to take proper measurements and keep them. Further, my clothing often has abnormal creases. I only put up with this because its cheap. 1 star.

Abnormal creases in button down shirts have been apparent at times but overall this place is great. I needed some clothes for an interview the next day and they did everything quicker than usual just because I asked. Clothes were done a few hours ahead of schedule without any extra charge. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICES!!!!

Worst dry cleaners I hav3 ever been to. Have had multiple shirts destroyed with no sympathy r compensation from Zips. I also brought in a pair of suit pants and they would not wash them or give them back and charged me for the cleaning even though they didnt clean them. This is a bad company to do business with.

If I could give this place zero star, I would. My wife took her coat in and it came back and looked virtually the same with her hair and cat hair. They did a re-clean and the results were about the same. What a joke! You get what you pay for. Beautiful customer recovery too!

Horrible job just horrible they didnt clean a thing. They just ironed the clothes and even then the clothes came back with even more wrinkles then what I send them in with. It seems like they even damaged my clothes because the ironer was too hot.

Do not under any circumstance take any clothes to zips. Ive never had a suit that they didnt damage. Ive never had anything that they properly cleaned. Dont let them lure you in with low prices. You get less than what you pay for.

Always impressed by the cleaning and the ironing of my suits and button-down shirts. One of my button-down shirts had a button that was missing and they fixed free of any additional charge. No complaints here, A+.
