They ruined my gorgeous Renovation Hardware quilt. I took two quilts in for cleaning When I picked them up one was splotched with what looked like bleach in multiple places and just ruined. The owner first said it was my other quilts fault (for being darker and bleeding). When I asked why on earth they would put a dark quilt and a light quilt in for cleaning together she acted like that made all the sense in the world. She wouldnt agree to replace the quilt, expressed astonishment that it had cost me $200 (would have been way more but I got it at the RH outlet in Leesburg, VA a few months ago) and ultimately would not pay me ANYTHING towards it yet demanded that she get to keep it (to keep the evidence, I suppose). I finally paid for the one quilt that was undamaged and left with both. My used-to-be lovely Belgian linen quilt is now what the dog sleeps on. Foolish, obnoxious woman running that place. Things happen but an apology and making amends keeps customers. We are new to the area and heavy users of the cleaners. I would never go here again. Still trying to figure out if small claims court makes sense.

Big neon sign says "3 for 2"...you might think that would mean 3 items for $2, but it doesnt. Dropped off khaki pants and shirt, and was charged $11.70 as a "uniform". The dry cleaning wasnt any different, but because it looked like a uniform, you pay nearly six times as much. Helpfully offered to enter it as a "suit" next time for a mere $9...then again, maybe not.
