I had them clean a silk shirt that had been professionally cleaned at least 3 times in the past. Nearly every button was damaged and they claimed they covered them but it still happened. Honestly, I doubt they covered them. The shirt and buttons were fine until this place ruined it. It was a $180 Equipment design brand shirt, too. Of course, the buttons were the custom color of the shirt so they arent replaceable. Also, I showed up to pick up cleaning and it still wasnt ready the day after the printed date. What a pain. I wont use them again. I have to see what I can do about the shirt. The language barrier is frustrating.

I have had several items altered here and I dont know why I returned. They said they "altered" a pair of pants and nothing was done to them. Their prices are high and quality is not good. I took a shirt to them to alter and same thing. They ruined it. The sides were not symmetrical. And they charged me $45 for a poor quality. My mother is a seamstress so I know good work and this is not good work.

Ive had several pairs of pants hemmed and several dresses altered here. They do an excellent job! Im sad that I moved away from Annapolis because I havent been able to find a tailor as great as these ladies. Highly recommend.

Do not get your clothes tailored here. Not only will they butcher your brand new clothes, but they will try to convince you that you are seeing things, even when someone else agrees with you. Awful customer service as well.

They fail to have clothes ready in a timely manner, resulting requests to return later. Though their work is good, the service has much room for improvement -- they dont seem to value their customers time.

I actually had a good experience with this place. They did a beautiful job hemming my pants, met my deadline and were very nice.
