I dropped my husbands traditional Indian kurtas off to be cleaned on 6/10/16.I paid that day as the man behind the counter told me it would be a 10% discount if I paid that day. On 6/23/16 my husband went in to pick them up. Although we had a receipt that we had already paid, the lady behind the counter became argumentative and told my husband that if he didnt pay again he would not get his shirts. After he called me and told me this I called to speak with the lady. She began yelling at me and hung up on me. I went in there today with both receipts and had to explain to her 3 times why I needed a refund. She just kept staring at both receipts. She finally issued me my refund. I will not be doing business with this place ever again. The lady was rude and really needs to learn better english so you dont have to explain things to her several times.

I dropped off my sheep skin rug to be cleaned and paid in advance. Weeks went by, I had forgotten about my rug. Finally, I got around to picking it up. The gentleman had a hard time conveying to me that there will be additional charge. I finally got him to tell me it would be $80.00 more. I asked why they hadnt called to tell me. He called his wife who insisted she had called. I finally said ok to paying but he wouldnt take my money. I could not convince him to take my money so I could have my rug. I left called back told him to have his wife call me. She said they never cleaned my rug. I asked for my money back and my rug. I still dont have my money or my rug

The clothes came out fine and the price was reasonable, however I dropped off 5 items got 3 back. When I asked they argued with me saying I only paid for 3 items therefore I only dropped off 3 items. I asked them could they please just look for 2 scarves that may have been misplaced and they told me to look in my own closet. Needless to say, the are not in my closet. I wont be returning here or recommending this place to anyone.
