I think 1 star is giving them too much credit. I have had nothing but problems here!!! I went to Zips all the time in Pasadena and had a wonderful experience so I was thrilled when we moved over here and there was one so close. First, the fact that they only accept cash is insane! All the other Zips accept credit so I was shocked when I went in to see that. Second, I paid for my item then received a phone call a couple days later saying the woman at the desk made a mistake and I need to pay more when I pick up. Being that it was THEIR mistake I think its poor costumer service to call asking to bring more money in! Then finally, I go in and my garments arent even READY!!! I can honestly say I will NEVER step foot in that zips again! I would never trust anything in their possession!

The Zips in Chester Md is the best. I always have good service. I took in a wedding dress that had been stained badly and I wasn't sure how long it had been that way. The got it looking like it just came out of the store. You can't get that anywhere for 1.99. I have also never had any problems with my stuff not being done. Its usually done before 5 if I check and they dont have to have it before 5.

Honestly, I wish there was one closer to where I live. I priced a comforter to be washed locally and was quoted at mid 40.00s ( I think I bought it for 49.99 at Target). I call Zips and stated it would be only 19.99. I bet you can guess who got my service.

Very fast and accurate. I never have trouble here. No damage and nothing lost. Pay in advance- but it is cash only (cost them a star)
