These people are petty crooks. I have been going there for months now. My last visit is now also my last visit. I gave them two pants to dry clean. One came back with the stitching on two of the cuffs torn. One of the cuffs you could see the cut thread still in the pants. Even though I could show them the clearly cut thread, they denied any responsibility and would not repair the pant. I wasnt going to waste more than two minutes fighting with them about something I can fix myself, but instead decided to take it here. Willow Oaks Cleaners in Hampton is a TERRIBLE dry cleaner with a dishonest staff. They cant even press a pair of pleated pants correctly anyway.

First they were rude. Ok I can deal with that from foreigners. It doesnt bother me. Then they told me the cost to have my shirts and pants washed, starched and pressed would be $13.48. Cool, I thought. When I went to pick up it was $24 and change. I asked and she said it was because the first person who took my clothes didnt properly account for them. So, I paid it and left never to return. Now I write this review because my clothes are dirty and smell bad still. All they did was starch and press my dirty laundry. NEVER use this dry cleaner for anything EVER!

This business was the only one who could "clean" a Queen pillow top mattress cover, so I left it with them despite the other two negative reviews regarding customer service. I had no issues with that but the issue I did have was the $45 I spent to have this item "cleaned." The huge spot was still there and all the polyester fiber balled up in each pocket of the mattress cover and it could not be fixed, so I wound up throwing the item away.
