I came in with a North Face covered in horse hair (didnt realize my horse would be shedding when i wore it to the barn). Horse hair is worse than cat or dog hair, there was nothing I could do to get it off of the fleece. Two cleaners told me that they wouldnt even try to clean the jacket! Belvedere cleaners not only took it no questions asked, but when i went to pick it up the next day my north face was brand new! This place is great, good customer service, very clean and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone. Happy to have my north face back to normal after A YEAR of not being able to wear it!!!

Came here to get a get a suit taken in and dry cleaned. They lost it and I had to come back a day later than originally told. But when I got it back there was still a lot of lint on it. I guess the hem was ok but $70 to just take the jacket in seems pricey. You should probably look elsewhere.
