Burn me once, shame on you; burn me twice, shame on me. I wore a dress shirt once, brought it to Zips a week ago and it was returned with a hole in the collar. History is repeating itself. Over three years ago I had taken a suit to zips and it was returned with a huge hole in the trousers. I went into the store only to be given the COMPLETE runaround by management. They said they would repair the trousers. Ok, great. They said to call back in a few weeks which I did but was told it would be another few weeks. I kept calling back, and was told over and over that they werent ready. This went on for MONTHS! Eventually the manager stopped taking my calls. Yes, I returned to this location, very cautiously I might add, everyone deserves a second chance right? However, it seems as if nothing has changed. Be prepared; if they ruin your suit trousers, you just gained a really expensive blazer. If they ruin a shirt, pony up and buy another cause they will NOT reimburse you.

You get what you pay for...I requested 3 out of the 4 items to be redone. The manager insist on they are unable to remove minor stains. I retagged the items to remove minor stains. I returned to pick up the redos and the 3 items still had the same 3 stains. I requested my money back. The clerk said the Manager doesnt arrive until after 10am. Left my phone number for the Manager to call. He never called. Called him 2 days later. He was unavailable. The clerk continue to insist we do not guarantee removal of stains. Had enough with Zips and the new Manager. Im done! Will find a new dry cleaners. Who knows how to remove a basic stains and really cleans your clothes.

So disappointed in our experience here. Went in to pick up two comforters that we dropped off 4 days ago. The receipt says ready on Tuesday after 5, but we dont live close and we were in the area. The clerk just kept repeating ready after 5, ready after 5. I asked him if they had them, and he didnt check on them just looked at the computer screen and said we needed to come back after 5. Now I know that but I think in the interest of customer service he could have checked because I know everything is not magically ready after 5 and they dont wait until 5 to release everything. I will let my dollars do the walking and go elsewhere for this expensive service next time.

Had 5 suit jackets "cleaned" at this location and they came back dirty and wrinkled. Cat hair on them and I DONT OWN A CAT. I get that theyre a cheap place to go and I shouldnt expect much... But considering the word "cleaners" is in their name, I figured my jackets would at least be clean. Avoid this place. Spent a few more bucks and have it done by a place that actually does a good job

Been coming here here for a few months. Quick and reliable for my very basic mens clothing needs. But recently got shirts back and they had found a $5 bill in a shirt pocket. It was nicely stapled to my receipt. I feel like it would be easy to pocket a quick $5 but instead they had the integrity to return it to me. So in this case $5 = 5 stars.
