Do not go to this place EVER! They are way overpriced for dry cleaning and for tailoring. I went to have a pair of linen pants shortened and they didnt do it correctly - one leg was significantly longer than the other. When I went back so they could fix the issue, the guy who originally hemmed my pants measured each leg with a ruler and said they were the same length. Informing him that most peoples right leg is a slightly different length than the left, I proceeded to try on the pants again. Once they were pinned, you could tell by the remaining fabric that they werent hemmed correctly. The employee gave me a song and dance when I asked for my refund. In the end, I got fed up and took my pants without the refund - if I left them, they would probably end up as mismatched capris. Moral of story, only go to the asian tailors or someone that has a good reputation.

This is the worst dry cleaner Ive ever been to. I brought a set of curtains to them that were water damaged. I knew that there was a good chance that the stains wouldnt come out but the man said hed try and call me back. A week later when I called they didnt know who I was or anything about my order, and had to call me back. When they finally did call back, I found out that they hadnt touched the curtains yet even though theyd had them a week. Four days later I get a call that they had tried to remove the stains and that "he dosent feel like trying anymore." Beware! If you expect any level of customer service stay far away from this dry cleaner.

I have had several OK to poor experiences with this dry cleaner (clothes returned dirty or with strange odors) but my last experience was the worst. I had dropped off ties several months ago and because I rarely wear them, did not see that the stains had not come out until recently. While I completely understand that often times stains are set and are impossible to remove but the cleaners did not make any mention of it and when I brought the ties back to get re-cleaned the cleaner said that they would have to charge me again. In my opinion, this is no way to treat a repeat customer. I will not be doing business Quarry cleaners.

I agree, this place has NO customer service. One thing is to not speak good English, but another is to give a nasty attitude to your clients that overpay for mediocre services. I will not be back.

Waste of time!!! They told us to come until 7 pm, we came at 6 but the tailor had already left. Never come back!!
