I would not recommend going to this location. Ive had 3 or 4 separate incidents in the few months that Ive been going to this establishment. They are very unprofessional and dont have good customer service. On more than a few occasions my clothes werent ready when they said it would be. Supposedly if its in by 5 itll be ready the next day which hasnt always been true. Sometime its taken 2 to 3 days. Also there have been times when Ive arrived there before closing time to find out that theyve closed early for the day which is very frustrating being that this is a cleaners and my work clothes are in there. So after rushing home from work to get my stuff for the next work day you find out that they decided to close early that day. Again I would be cautious when going to this cleaners, luckily none of my clothes have come up damaged or missing yet! But I wont be sticking around for that to happen too.

Horrible customer service. they now loose all belts, promise to bring the belt cart, but do not. I have been to the shop three times and still have not picked up my clothes. I can see my black poka dotted dress hanging on the rails without the belt. Used to be next day after 5pm service. Now the hems are out of several dresses. I brought it to the guys attention and his response was" the dresses must be o". I heard him tell a customer who was upset about not finding his clothes to take his so called expensive suits to a better cleaner. I think thy use a ne place to clean the clothes..probably cheaper. My clothes are cleaned, but ruined because they do not have their belts which is part of the outfit. You get what you pay for....NOT

Less than 1 star --> HORRIBLE! I wish I had read the reviews first - this place is horrible!!! Took my clothes in and picked them up smelling like moth balls, had to argue with the guy behind the counter to make him redo them - 3 days later still didnt have my clothes. This was my first time going and definitely my last! They give small business a bad name - the service is so bad I cant even SMH at it. Then to make matters worse; I walk in & the guy tells me my clothes arent back - hell if you knew that you could have called and saved me a trip! Did I mention this place is Horrible!!!! NEVER AGAIN & I Would Never Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience Ive had with a cleaners so far. They have great prices. How none of your things get lost. Cause if they do theyll probable give hot someone elses, as they did me. I dropped off a Ralph Lauren polo coat and received a Banana Republic one in return. This wad after i complained a second time. Its been a month and no coat. Im always told that someone will contact me and they dont. Then they treated me as if i couldnt "afford" such a coat. If you value the things got but please dont come here. The only reason it had 1 star is that you cant give 0.

If the customer service is HORRIBLE before you even show up, thats bad. I just moved down the street and am looking for a cleaner since I drop clothes off twice a week for cleaning. As I was rushing from work to get to this place, I called at 6:50 too verify their closing time. The woman on the phone told me they were closed. I said, "Oh, well what time did you close?" She said 7. I said "But its not 7." It only went down hill from there. Needless to say, I wont be going there EVER.

Mysterious stains, missing buttons, lost clothing; the latter two incidents on multiple occasions. You name it, they do it. No follow-up from management, no real reimbursement (I dont want store credit, b/c I wont be coming back). Going fwd w/ an investigation, on principal. Patrons BEWARE.
