This is a terrible cleaner. I dropped off 7 shirts for hemming (One pull-over and six button-up shirts). When I returned to pick up the shirts, I noticed one shirt too short. I ask to speak to the owner. I was told the owner was not available. I left the damaged shirt at HI-TECH Cleaners so the owner can see the damage. When I got home, I tried on the other 6 shirts. Three of the button-up shirts were uneven in the front. I made a return trip to the cleaners to have them redone. After a week of trying to contact the Manager, he finally answered his phone. I explained the service was unsatisfactory. I told the Manager one of the seven shirts I dropped off for alterations was damaged beyond repair. Initially, the Manager blamed me for the damage to the shirt and said they were not responsible. After arguing with the Manager, he said he would pay me $25.00 for the shirt. I told him I paid $90-$110 for the shirt approximately 2-3 years ago and $25.00 was not acceptable. I filled a claim against HI-TECH Cleaners.

The wedding blazer was ruined (burnt) and they give me back all my items without saying a word that there was a damage done! After waiting for almost 10 days to speak with the manager I was told that there will be no reimbursement for tha blazer, even with provided receipt. Awful customer service...

Ya know its a no-thrill dry cleaners. They take clothes in, clean it and then give it back. My only warning is their starch levels are a little off. If you want Medium order High.

Customer service is piss poor. Staff needs to be trained on providing customer service and communicating effectively with customers.
