I wish I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars.I really should of stop going their long ago. The high turn over rate of employees should of been a HUGE red flag... This is absolutely the worse Dry cleansers Ive ever seen. Picking up my clothes today to find out not one of my shirts were pressed properly unless they have a 5 year old doing it. crease and wrinkles every where. Arms of the shirt looked like the came out of the wash and hung to dry with TONS of wrinkles!!! Pants with three seems in front. To top it all off a brand new shirt never worn was beige but not is Pink!!!!!!!! I will say the assignment manger who was on duty was extremely sweet and overly apologized several times. She did call her manager to see how to help my new Pink shirt. He had poor customer service and had no real solutions. After walking out beyond discussed the owner call ( after calling three times to corporate office) with an attitude tell me it was no big deal!!! All i had to do is bring them in tomorrow to be repressed and cleaned. Again... how could i possible trust there work!!!. I highly recommend for NO ONE TO TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!!!!!!! Filing a claim is a total waste of time. I m still waiting on my claim filed in April for a shirt that was torn from a machine. I many times repressed my clothes and even understand the learning curve... but my ruining my clothes and treated poorly like it was no big deal or my fault. Please I will take my business else where.

Unprofessional, poor quality, one visit to Zips was one too many. I should have known better since you usually do "get what you pay for." Well lesson learned! I will certainly never patronize Zips again. I took in two dresses, one was completely ruined with no phone call from the store to let me know what happened. I found out the condition of the dress when I went in to pick up my order (that you pre-pay) one week after dropping it off and was told one of the dresses was not finished. The counter employee then went to another employee who was sorting clothing to inquire about the dress and came back to tell me "they ruined it" then proceeded to get the dress. It was brought back to the counter to show me in her words "how the machine ruined it" along with a claim form I could fill out. A white dress that was now gray with large blotches of yellow discoloration and purple stains on it, looking as if it was rolled in a ball and discarded at the bottom of a clothing bin. So was it ruined by "the machine" or an "employee," maybe a combination of the two? As for the second dress Im not even sure it was cleaned. It was not pressed or covered in plastic, in fact Im surprised it was even on a hangar. I suppose I should be grateful if they didnt clean it! I give this "so called business" NO STARS; however the post requires a rating so you will see one undeserved star.

I just wasted 1/2 hour writing a long complaint about this place. They keep losing things and dont give a darn. Very poorly run. No one who works there cares about anything. They have lost so many items of ours and NOW , after losing two more, they say they DONATE them after 90 days. Are you kidding me. I dont leave there anymore without counting and checking everything. When I pick up an order or dry cleaning "I EXPECT" the order to be complete. They lose things because "the tags FALL OFF". Give me a break. Get another type of system. Two weeks ago I went to pick up two very good mens shirts that were not with order I picked up. They were not there and I was told, FOR THE FIRST TIME, that they DONATE them after 90 days. You have to be kidding. Donate them to who. Whatever employee wants them. Its not the customers fault your tags fall off and you dont know who the items belong to. I cant tell you how many things I have had to GO BACK to find after realizing they were not with articles I picked up. What ever happened to good CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last time I filled out a complaint form and was told the regional manager would see it Monday. I havent heard a word. Terrible customer service and no one cares. +

They advertise "In by 9:00AM out by 5:00 PM. Today I arrived at 9AM AND THERE WERE 4 folks in line ahead of me. One person doing check in while most of staff was out back smoking and joking including the Manager. When I got to the counter I asked when I could pickup my order and was told tomorrow after 5 PM, which is 24 hours later than advertised and needed. The counter girl said it was 9:05 and I was too late. I asked to speak to the manager who would not bend either. I told her I had driven 20 miles and needed a suit for tomorrow. She did take my suit but said I would need to come back tomorrow night for the other 24 garments I needed done. Of course I didnt leave the other garments and Im now expecting sabotage on my suit due to the poor attitude. I have watched the customer service at this store decline over the past two years. I have been getting my shirts laundered for 40 years and this is the only place that consistently breaks buttons. They also routinely double crease my dress pants. I guess you get what you pay for. The only reason I have gone here is that I am a disabled VietnamVet on a fixed income and their prices were reasonable although I see they have recently gone up about 10%.

YOU DONT EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I had 11 shirts clean at the Columbia store in Lancaster PA. When I picked them up they had broken a button on the cuff. I left it to be replaced. I received an email that it was ready. I went to pick it up and it wasnt there. After the sales person went back to the manager 3 times they said it went out with the alterations and it wouldnt be back for a week. This will be 2 weeks that they have it although I was told originally it would be back by five the next day. I call corporate office and you cannot get a live voice. This happen once before about 6 months ago and was never able to talk to anyone. I have not experience this bad of customer service any where. They get your money up front and have no desire to make their errors right. For the little difference I will go to Yorgis, as I laundry 5 shirts a week and do not believe it is worth the frustration dealing with such a company from top down.

Been a customer for years but that doesnt matter here. I travel for work, for months at a time. I went to pick up a pair of dress pants and was told they were donated because I didnt pick them up in time. I explained that I travel for work. I asked why they didnt at least call to let me know. She said they dont do that. I dont recall being told or signing anything that stated I had a certain amount of time to pick up my clothes or they would be donated. Very poor customer service, especially for a long time customer. Also, they do a lousy job of pressing clothes. Ive had dress pants come back with a crease next to the original crease and with several smaller creases. They dont do a very good job. This was the last straw. Youre not saving money on dry cleaning if you lose the money you paid in advance AND lose the clothes you took there to be cleaned. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD PRESSING
