As the other reviews have mentioned, this cleaners is in close proximity to our home as well as other stores/services. The dry cleaning I have had done has been fine, nothing spectacular. Prices reasonable, coupons available, etc... My issue is with the individuals who work there. They completely act like they are doing you a big favor. Never go out of their way to smile, rarely a thank you, act like you have never been in there before. Seriously, where is the customer service? They clearly feel they have a captive audience so they do not go that "extra mile" Used to live in Howard County and had an excellent cleaners there. Was using that one up until 6 months ago and started using Festival for convenience sake. Will gladly wait and take my dry cleaning to my old cleaners in HoCo, when I am heading out in that direction, rather than giving these people my business.

nobody at the entire store knows how to understand English, and i mean nobody. I asked the lady if she could get me someone who could understand me better and she simply said naw...after five min of trying to get her to understand that I wasnt talking about repairing buttons, but simple cleaning. Also their price to clean a shirt appears to possibly be wwaayy more than every other place in the area, when I asked her if she was aware of that. she sounded confused about what i even said. so really i couldnt find out prices definitively; maybe the price she mentioned was for pants, who knows.

Terrible service. Doesnt speak English or understand simple instructions. Tried to have two slacks altered and they only did one and had to go to another cleaner to get the second pair done. Went back one more time for a new zipper and they wanted me to pre pay. Outrageous!

Amazing! The front desk lady is so kind and smiles all the time! I had a dress altered for my friends wedding and it came out perfect! I would definitely recommend!

I spilled wine on my white button down and it came back clean as new! Two thumbs up!
