Typically, I don’t take the time to write positive or negative reviews; however, after my wife’s experience today I am going to make the exception due to the horrible experience and unprofessionalism of the Eagle Cleaners located at 187 St Patricks Dr, Waldorf, MD. My wife has been utilizing their service for the past couple of years to have my business attire dry cleaned. Over the last six months I have noticed a dramatic decrease in quality of their dry cleaning service and I have experienced the following issues: tears in my dress shirts, shirts that had been dry cleaned but had not been washed first thus setting in stains, and rust/black marks ending up on my white shirts. After I requested that my wife inspect the dry cleaning the next time she picked up my cloths to point out the issues, Eagle Cleaners were unprofessional, could not understand why she was complaining, and made it clear that they really didn’t care about their customers concerns. It appears to me the only way to have them resolve these issues with their quality is to make them care about their customer concerns. Therefore, my only recourse is to stop doing business with them and encourage other to not procure their services.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I took my pants to the place to have them hemmed. I was expecting to get measured for it. THEY DIDNT DO ANY MEASUREMENTS. Ok, no big deal. I told them I need them to be 38" INSEAM. When I went to pick them up they were a 30"!!!. These are my uniform pants that I need that day. These were the only ones I had. THIS PLACE TOTALLY SCREWED ME OVER! THEY OFFERED NO COMPENSATION FOR THERE MISTAKES. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Stay away!! Ruined a pair of my husbands pants that were part of an expensive suit. No compensation. They also lost 2 shirts for which we did get compensated. A second pair of suit pants came home with a stain on them that was clearly made by a machine. It took them 5 weeks to get the stain out. Will not go back. Ever.
