Bad Service. For the most part of the time that I was a frequent Dri cleaning service was great for the price you pay, but there have been times that garments that state "Dri Clean only" have been returned with "wet wash" tags on them and some dri cleaned clothing had noticable stains. The worst part of my time is them losing my Ralph Lauren slacks. There Policy (as told by one of the Cashiers) is that they have 30 days to look for the missing garments. If not found they would put in for a "missing garments refund request" , this paperwork is suppost to goto the General Manager for processing and can take up to 10 days. In my experience After the total of 40 days with no updates the person in charge is just now reviewing security tapes. Since the lost of my slacks i have not used them for my Dri cleaner. Cashier customer service is bad, they argue with each other including on site manager (if there is even one there) I rated them 1 stars because for the price you pay actual dri cleaning services are decent, but customer service and sound lose pervention practices Im not a fan

Zips in Marlow Heights has proven to be a community gem for me. In addition to the price savings, the cleaning service is pretty efficient. But what keeps me coming back is the awesome Customer Service! Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. However, Kevin A. is my favorite Zip representative! He is very professional and polite. He, remembers my name, and greets me with a big welcome when I enter the facility. He assists with carrying my clothes to the car when I have an excessive load. He has educated me on cleaning techniques and processes. He provides the kind of customer service you expect when you are spending money with an establishment. Kevin is an "Exceptional" employee. Thank You Kevin for the sincere customer service; Much appreciated!

This cleaners is relatively close to my house and the prices are unbeatable. However, these are secondary reasons as to why I left my cleaners of 20 years and only use this ZIPS. The employees are always Profesional, friendly, and courteous. Then theres Kevin. He is an absolute ideal employee. He always goes out of his way for every customer. One winter, we had a horrible snowstorm and I had to get my dry cleaners for work. The owner/operator of the shopping center where theyre located didnt have the snow removed. I literally saw Kevin and another employee digging the snow out so ZIPS customers could access the lot. Thats dedication Discount stores and services tend to have discount employees but this cleaners and Kevin a customer, permanently.

I have been going to this zips for several years. They always take excellent care of my clothes. I usually bring them 30-40 dress shirts once a month. They have never lost or damaged any if my items. Highly recommend this location for is excellent customer service or super fast turnaround!! Tip: Get there before 9am. Look for Kevin A. He will take good care of you. He is the best!! Dont come back after 5. The line is too long. Come back the following morning. Kevin will have all your clothes ready to go and you will be on your way to work in less than 10 minutes!!

One amazing thing about this Zips is that when I am waiting outside at 6:55 a.m. for the store to open, it always does at exactly 7, most likely by Kevin. He has been around for as long as I can remember and personifies the excellent customer service this branch offers. The tailor is very helpful, experienced; the charges are reasonable; as a matter of fact, all the staff are great! The one problem I have faced over the years was solved expeditiously. The immigrant women in the back of the house are hard working and a treasure to this Nation. Keep up the good work!

By far one of the worst dry cleaners i have ever been too. i pre- treated my shirts and the Cleaners did not wash the shirt because they assumed the shirt had a blue ink stain. Understanding, I told them that it was detergent ,that I pre- treated the garments ,they said they would run the shirts back through. I came back to pick the shirts up and the detergent mark was still on the shirt. When i addressed it the staff explained that no one informed them that it was not ink. Just pure negligence, bad customer service and poor management.

Outstanding Customer Services!!! Good Morning, Im leaving feedback for one of your employees Kevin A. @ Marlow Heights store. Kevin always give me outstanding service but today he went the extra extra mile. As I was entering into the building a fly over bird made me his target on my shirt on my shoulder. Kevin took the short and cleaned the spot as I waited, this was such a big help with me already running late for a work meeting. Screaming at the top of my lungs THANK YOU KEVIN!!! I was not able to pick up my leather jacket from the store for 10 months and when I arrived at the store I was a little apprehensive to tell Kevin that I kept my jacket their for so long, but since it was MY jacket, I told him that I was their to pick it up. He was very pleasant and searched for my jacket and was able To give it to me. My transaction was very easy and very pleasant. He was also very nice, pleasant, and knew his job to a T. Thank u!!!

I was serviced by a gentleman named Kevin and he provided the ultimate customer service. Very friendly, courteous and polite. A very nice experience. He makes a difference in the Marlow Heights location. I can share that this ZIPS dry cleaners seems to pride themselves on expedient service and quality care of your garments. The presser at this location is also outstanding. I would recommend this location and share that it is really nice, efficient, clean and friendly. Great Job!

In particular, Id like to commend Kevin for always being cheerful, precise and helpful. In the last few months, Ive tried another ZIPS which opened closer to my job. Ive not been receiving the same service. This morning, I decided to go to Marlow Heights. I was greeted like family and was noticeably missed. I greatly appreciate the setvice.

This particular zip is the worst dry cleaners I have ever dealt with in having dry cleaning done for over forty years The employees (some)are just there dont take their job seriously dont take care of your clothing... And lets not talk about stealing your clothes then they want you to wait for thirty days until something can be done...BEWARE STAY AWAY!... DO NOT GO THERE...YOULL BE SORRY!!!!!!...DONT LET THE CHEAP PRICES FOOL YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although Zips Cleaners is a chain cleaners the Marlow Heights location has a local neighborhood feel that the staff comes to know and greet you with a smile. If there ever is a concern it is quickly rectified. Kevin always takes great care of my busy families clothes. He will say pick up after 5:00 but frequently they are ready before 5:00 keeping me freshly prepared for work.
