I came in to see Hillary about two weeks ago for darker roots and to get more of a balayage blonde versus the ombré I had. I had a good experience while at the salon and Hillary was very nice and knowledgeable. However, I was shocked when I got the bill! I paid $280 and it turned my experience completely sour! As a new client I wasnt informed that the blow dry would be $35 extra nor that I was seeing a senior stylist whos price was higher. I should have been given the option because I was a new client and didnt know their policy! Yes I should have probably asked beforehand but I was going based on prices I saw on their website and was completely taken back when it came time to pay. I spoke to Hillary about this and she said she would talk to the owner and see what they could do for me but I havent heard from anyone at the salon and after getting feedback from friends and my regular stylist I definitely dont think my hair was worth $280 as she only followed my ombré lines and my hair basically looks the same as it did when I came in minus the darker roots. I would have loved to come back here but absolutely never will again and my friends said they wouldnt either because my hair wasnt anything to write home about.

I am so happy that a friend recommended Prim to me. Since moving to Annapolis, I have tried many local salons and just could not find a reliable stylist and colorist. Then I was introduced to Prim and Andrea! Andrea does a beautiful job with my hair color & highlights. It looks very natural and showcases my skin tone. I get so many compliments on my color. I am also very pleased with my haircut and style. Andrea listens when I sit in her chair and tell her my hair issues like "the top is feeling heavy" or "lets cut just an inch". I always leave looking and feeling great about my hair! I highly recommend this salon to friends.

I went to Danielle and she was phenomenal!!! I couldnt have asked for a better style and color. I explained a bad experience at a previous salon, showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she nailed it!!! Im so happy with my service and I cant wait to keep going back!!!

I had Tiffany who gave me the best haircut! I brought a picture to show her & she made it look almost exact! The shampoo girl gave a great head massage as well. :)
