Ive never been much of a "gym guy", but at 38, I knew I had to give it one more shot. Im so glad I decided to go with Arenal Fitness. The fact that there is ALWAYS a trainer close to me to help fix my ridiculously bad form is really helpful. Great mix of people as well, from Army dudes on leave all the way down to...well...me! Its actually fun---never thought Id be saying that. Thanks guys.

Its very family friendly. Great vibe and the coaches are very attentive. Also, great location with guaranteed parking. Conveniently located off 695.
