Facility is very clean and comfortable but counter staff are rude and unwelcoming to visitors to the area. Have been a member for three years and have gone to PF in many states. Have never been been treated so rudely by counter staff or continuously asked address,telephone number and asked to sign in everyday. Its a real hassle that black card members should not have to endure. When I stated I would contact corporate headquarters they became very defensive and aggressive.

went in to check out the facility. Ask to pay for a day pass. They offered 20 for the day or 10 a month but insisted on my Credit or debit card number. I felt like they were more interested in Electronic funds transfer than my fitness:( I work in the fitness industry.

I would love to have some free weights at this gym... The machine weights are good and please get rid of the blue alarm... Still a great place to workout... Dont really have to wait for a machine...

I was a member of PF before the Suffolk location - but this one is so nice. Clean, the newest equipment and the staff is exceptionally nice.
