Been going to classes for 7 weeks and have seen great results in my overall fitness level. The instructors are very professional and provide detailed instruction on all the exercises for each class. The atmosphere is very relaxed and exercises are performed at everyones own ability. Class attendees are very friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Cross Fit Iniquus .
