I spent the 6years and 9 months with the company as a staff member. I really line the company as a whole. Their mission and curriculum is a simple one that really promotes the development of young children. Mt time ended when the new regional manager came in and wanted to pull rank. I should be still there since my history there was superb. My tenure ended due to the personal antics of the regional manager, Kate Strauss. The reason I was terminated was bogus since the program still stays consistently understaffed therefore causing the teachers to be out of ratio. I still give a 5 star rating because the company IS a great one. The staff is really good and they love the children. This is clearly shown through the daily interactions staff have with the children.

The teachers are not responsible, the director is greedy. They have teacher appreciation week in April 2015, and then they have the teacher appreciation month in May 2015. They keep requesting the parents to give teachers gift card every week.

Both of our daughters have gone here and we have been very happy. They have great teachers and a good staff. I think Chun has some other beef with BH, hence the random, poorly thought-out negative review.
