4 stars. I had to take my car back after it was shaking and the gentleman(not Victor, he is great!) said that he knows exactly what it is and he told me this would happen. I politely told him that the car was not shaking when I brought it in and that I have never had this happen and that I am just trying to get it to the original condition in which the car was brought. Also, I asked if he knew this was going to make my car shake why wasnt I told about this? Or, why did we not just fix this? Also, why would I agree to something like that? He said something about that it was a bent rim. I told him that even with the bent rim, it was not shaking when I brought it in. Mind you, "bent" was a very small bend (less than 1/4 by 1/4 small area on the outside of the rim. Nothing crazy. I think that if he were to attach another tire pressure gauge it would throw off the tire more than the "bent rim") He said, well we will put the tires on in the way that they were and that should fix it and he told me that this was because I declined the alignment. He reminded me of the price of the alignment and basically had the "I tried to tell you" attitude. I took it for spin only to find that it was doing the same thing. Took it back and more of the same attitude. He said I am essentially getting the alignment for free. I told him that if this was a necessary service, I will pay for it, but this fuss is not needed and I just wanted it fixed and I wasnt unpleasant or rude during any of the discourse. Meanwhile, Victor had to apologize to me for his behavior and Victor said he was sorry for that. They took the keys to fix it again and in the lobby, I found out that they only worked on ONE side of the cars wheels before giving it back to me last time. Come on guys, put in a little work to make the customers car RIGHT, not just "that should work". The car is fine and all work was great otherwise. I need to be clear that the mechanics are all very great, but this gentleman was clearly having a terrible day or just annoyed that I brought the car back. If I would have brought this back and the response was, "Hey, no problem. Well take care of it. Your car shouldnt be shaking", then I would have left 5 stars. Thank you to everyone else for having great service and customer service, but PLEASE "other nameless guy" just get it together. Ill be back. Otherwise a great place.

When I arrived at Mr. Tire on Mercantile Rd I was greeted by Dan (Employee) . Dan helped me set up my alignment and even had another employee put my new tires on my vehicle (even though they were pre-purchased at a different location and all packed up inside my vehicle). One thing that stood out to me, especially about Dan, was how personable they were. As other customers walked in Dan would joke with them in a friendly manner or greet them and ask them how they were doing. Dan even remembered that a gentleman had an operation and asked how it went and how he was recovering. I also overheard Dan speaking with different customers and giving his advice and personal opinion. While I was listening to him I noticed that he gives his honest opinion and isnt in it to sell you more than you need. As with my alignment, they could have told me I needed numerous other things but they didnt. Theyre there to help you get your car working and on the road. I have only really have dealt with Dan so far but everyone else at the location was courteous and polite. It was suggested that I bring my car back for my tires to be torqued since they were brand new. The next day I brought my vehicle back and they helped me with very little wait time (no appointment). I also saw Dan working and he asked me about how my shift went the night before even though he wasnt the employee that was helping me with my tires. I will be returning to this location for all my vehicle needs from now on. Its hard to find great service now a days, and I like to take my business to locations that deserve it.

Thank you very much for your services. You saved lives of my daughter and son in law. My car was impounded by Boston official because my nephew abounded the car at somewhere in Boston. The car had been kept there since 23 June. Since we (I and husband) are living in Japan. We stupidly allowed my husbands nephew to drive the car. After all, he never took care of the car and left it alone. Parking fee was raised up $2,700 and we could not leave it alone. So we asked my daughter and son in law to bring the cat to their place (FL). Battery was dead and there are so many scars and dents. However, there is no way to leave the car at Boston anymore. So after they purchased a new battery, they started driving. On the way to FL, according to my daughter, the car could not speed more than 60 miles/hour and badly shaking. On the way back to FL, they found this shop beside the hotel where they stayed at. This shop helped to fix this car even though they did not have a reservation. The shop told them that brake pad was completely ruined. It is very scary and dangerous. They fixed the car as much as they could for very short time. Now they are 300 miles to FL. And they can speed more than 60 (of course) Thank you very much again. This shop is great! (Sorry that my English could be strange because I am Japanese speaker).

I made an appointment online for 5pm today to have my tire repaired. On the site it says "free" flat tire repair. The customer service representative said it would be $30.15. I asked him why there was a charge when it says free. He replied with "I didnt know you had a coupon" and my reply was it isnt a coupon. It is advertised as "free." I showed him the ad online and he said well that covers this and that but not rebalancing. You will still have to pay for that. I stated that no where does it state there is a charge for that. He didnt apologize, make any type of counter offer, and was very rude throughout. I will go some where that advertises correctly to get my service done. When I need new tires in 6 months I will NOT go here. I will take my business elsewhere. You may not care about me as a customer but because of this type of customer service businesses are closing every day. You might be next.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is awesome and friendly. I never feel like theyre trying to pull one over me and their recommendations are always reasonable when needed. My cars not old, but has a lot of mileage. Use to go to a goodyear, but they messed up my breaks big time and Ive always had issues with my car after taking it there. Never happened here. Thanks for being awesome
