From the moment my wife and I stepped into the showroom to just get ideas of how we could update our small, outdated kitchen the staff at Trademark were so accommodating. John (the engineer) helped us imagine how our limited space could be transformed into something great, and then assisted us in making that dream a reality. He was so patient with us as we hobbled around the store trying to match a floor with a counter top with a back-splash. Our indecisiveness would have drove anyone else crazy, but he held our hands.The professionalism we experienced was just as everyone else has said. The crew was timely, efficient, and respectful of our home. Vasili, the owner of the company, communicated with us almost daily, ensuring that we were happy with the progress being made. Midway through our renovation the crew found a plumbing issue that could have essentially derailed the project. They contacted us swiftly and were prompt with attending to the issue. When the project was complete my wife and I were so happy with the results. The entire first floor of our home went from average looking to something like a page out a Home and Gardens magazine, and by far (according to our neighbors) the best looking house on the block! We are so excited with the results that we are already planning how we can make other rooms in our home match the aesthetically pleasing beauty of our first level. We have sent before and after photos for Vasili to post on the Trademark website so that everyone who reads this review will understand why we can not stop gushing about this transformation. The quality of the custom cabinets is incomparable. Every cabinet and drawer in our kitchen was built for a specific need requested by us. Every detail of our renovation from the paint job to the installation of our appliances, to the sincerity of the staff in genuinely wanting to ensure our happiness was handled as though these guys were working in their own homes.Trademark will definitely be conducting all future home improvement projects in my home.

Trademark Construction completed my kitchen renovation almost a year ago, and I am very pleased with the results. I began getting compliments even before the renovations were completed. I love the final results. My renovation included replacement of cabinets, granite counter-tops, partial knock down of a wall/ knee bar, recessed lightning, replacement of flooring, dish washer, and over the range micro wave. Mr. Vasilios was very helpful and patient, helping me with the design. He was especially patient with helping me to stay within my budget. All of my communications/ e-mails were responded to immediately. Once work started, the crew was there promptly on the days they promised, and once the day was completed they did a thorough job with clean up. The crew answered all my concerns, and all communications were responded to almost immediately. At times I felt like a pest, but this was never conveyed by the crew. A few weeks ago I noticed a very small leak under my sink. I sent an e-mail to Mr. Vasilios, and Mr. Marvin was there the next morning to address the situation. This was followed up by an e-mail from Mr. Vasilios to assure there were no further problems. Trademark Construction will most certainly be the first company I call for my next home improvement project. They did an excellent job!

I recently used Trademark Construction to do a partial bathroom remodel for a rowhouse in Baltimore City. I don’t usually write reviews but they really deserve this one – I am so happy with my new bathroom and working with them was very easy. My house is over 100 years old and any sort of renovation work is fraught with surprises. When Vasilios (aka Mr. Bill) came to do the estimate and her really took the time to explain the different issues I might encounter and offered an estimate of how much things would cost under different scenarios. I got 3 other estimates and his was by far the most thorough in addition to being very competitively priced. He was very accommodating of my schedule and started the remodel about 1 week after we did the initial estimate. His employees were prompt and polite to me and they took the time to stop and explain what they were doing I stopped in to check on the work. I have worked with other contractors before who were always late, never answered their phones, rescheduled or didn’t show up for appointments and tacked on charges without explaining to me what they were for or why they were necessary. Trademark Construction is the opposite of all that. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Where to begin? Vasilios was super professional and responsive. We got estimates from a few companies, but none of them compared to Trademark. He was a little higher in price, but we could tell right away that he would be reliable and honest. He sent us an itemized quote with what the charge for each thing would be in our bathroom remodel, along with a copy of his insurance certificate and a contract (without us asking for anything). I was impressed. He came by a few more times to answer additional questions that we had, even during the work week at 7 or 8 at night. He said the bathroom would take 5-7 days, and it took 6, so we were pleasantly surprised. He was always available by phone or email to answer any of my questions. Marvin, who did the work, was the man! He was so professional, pleasant and experienced. He knew how to do everything from plumbing, to electrical, to tile...everything. He did the entire bathroom with the help of Gary. They both showed up on time everyday at 8 and stayed until about 4 or 5. I never had to wonder what they were doing. They were perfect and we are so happy. I would hire Trademark again for any remodeling needs in the future.

This was a fantastic company and group of people to work with. I found Trademark Construction through a google search and almost couldnt believe the reviews, as they were so outstanding. Now having had Trademark complete a list of repairs on my house, I can certainly see that the reviews were warranted. Vasilios got back to my initial inquiry within a matter of hours and was out to see our house to provide an estimate within a day. Vasilios was very thoughtful in his approach to repairs, being careful to gather all necessary information before making recommendations. He was also honest about alternative ways to complete repairs that were cheaper for me (and meant less revenue for him) but were in my best interest. The estimate was fair, the work was excellent, the entire project was completed within the projected timeframe, and Vasilios was in contact every step of the way making sure that I was happy with the work. I had an outstanding experience working with this contractor, would highly recommend him to others, and will certainly use him in the future myself.

We are so happy with the work Bill and his crew did for our 40 year old single family home. As the third family to own this home, it had developed a few quirks over the years. We had been searching for months for a contractor that would do all that had to be done. We needed a bathroom repaired; new waterproof wall board, tile and fixtures. There was plumbing that needed to be replaced, a ceiling repaired as well as a new tile floor in the basement. Bill was often working on-site along side his crew. He was prepared to deal with the replacement of worn out valves, a problem we suspected, and the additional charge was very reasonably priced. Bills estimate was very competitive and his straightforward, honest manner made him an easy choice to work on our home. Working with Bill and his company was a very positive experience start to finish. The work is done perfectly, they were always on-time, had good prompt communication and were responsive to our questions. We will hire Bill/Trademark again in the future.
