It is now five (5) weeks later and still waiting for Meyers to repair my water damaged basement. They initially told me they needed a week to get an estimate on carpet replacement. In week two they stated they are waiting on approval from the insurance company. In week three they told me I was on a “long” list of customers to be repaired. In week four (4) the same excuse. Since I’m leasing a home Meyers told me they don’t need to call or talk to me to schedule repairs only the management company. Meyers customer service is very poor. Please stay away from this company.

Had not one but TWO estimators come out to look at my house to look at replacing my kitchen cabinets. The first just never followed through so they send out the second guy. He promised an estimate I could send to my insurance company in 3 days. I told him it was crucial, he said no problem. It never came. I called, he promised again. Nothing. After 3 1/2 weeks of calls he finally said he couldnt be bothered leaving me to start again. Dont waste your time with these guys.
