I incurred damage to my vehicle as a result of extremely shoddy road repair work done by Gray & Son. After sending photos of the road condition and damage to my vehicle and attempting to reach their "customer service" rep for almost three weeks, their response was that the work was "done within code"; basically they told me to "go pound sand". Well see what the judge says. Interesting tidbit is that Gray & Son does paving work for the company that I work for. This is very troubling.

No notice from the county of paving which started at 7:00 am Monday morning, waited in my driveway 18 mins. before I could leave for work, while one employee "Big Willie" told me I shouldve left earlier. Entire crew was unprofessional and when I called the office to file a complaint, the receptionist simply said, the county contracted the work so I should file a complaint there. Mo accountability and frustrated my tax dollars went to support this vendor.
