Where do I start...If I could give no stars I would. This company is being ran by two people and it shows. When I initially spoke to Saba I thought me and my wife were in good hands. That was until our wedding day....The crew was suppose to arrive at 10:00am with the option to arrive at 9am since they are a vendor and our wedding started at 1pm. Well long story short the crew arrived at 12 noon disheveled and unorganized. They were a 3-4 man team who could barely speak English. At least two of them looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights when I was asking questions. The flowers were just average and filled with filler (babies breath), nothing special. The arch was a bunch of metal poles that they tried to disguise with the drapery they wrapped around it. Which from my understanding was not what was shown in the pictures to us. In addition, the arch was incorrectly placed at the back of the tent which is not what me or my wife specified where the arch should be on our special day. The assistant Suhail arrived at 12:35 pm. Instead of asking me or my wife where things should go he decided to take the opinions of guest on site what were there which was totally unprofessional. He stayed there for a matter of 15 minutes tops and jetted out of there. After my honey moon, when I spoke to him over the phone and I asked him who he spoked to and he couldnt give me a name. He described the individuals as a "very nice young lady and man". Which was very unprofessional yet again. The chairs and loveseat that looked so beautiful in the pictures exemplified a different look in person. The furniture was dingy and in bad condition. The love seat has holes and rips tapped up by duck tape at the bottom and clearly had seen better days. The swag on the chairs that was supposed to run from the beginning to the end of the isle was not correct. Instead, the swag was lacklustered and placed only half way up the isle, simply dangling and looking pitiful. With all this taking place on the most important day of my life Saba the owner of the company has NEVER owned up to how poor her company communication, execution, materials, and presentation was showcased. She also refused to compensate me and my wife in any kind of way. Suhail was half way decent and did apologize and was deeply saddened by the outcome. However, Saba NEVER apologized or offered and type of alternative for me and my wife. To all brides and grooms please stay away. Please go somewhere else for your special day. If a person makes a mistake they should bare minimum apologize and provide an alternative. This company did not do that. I believe this establishment is surviving from event to event. Most companies offer some type of discount or have cash flow set a side for unsatisfied clients clearly these two do business different. I was denied any type of compensation or alternative that would satisfy both parties. When I spoke to Saba she was very unapologetic and insensitive to the situation. Which is not professional or a how a seasoned retailer in her industry should behave. Me and my wife are beyond disappointed.

When we met with Saba for the first time, we were unsure of who we wanted to use as our decorator. We also had a very vague idea of what we wanted. She sat down with us and showed us a bunch of pictures of her previous work to get an idea of what we liked. What immediately drew us to her was the fact that she did not push anything on us. Saba allowed us to simply take everything in and discuss amongst ourselves until we had an idea of what we liked. It was her personality and experience that made us go with Imperial Décor, and we are so glad we did! Every time we asked Saba if something we wanted to do was possible, she found a way to make it work. I appreciated that she was so flexible to changes, but she also lent her expertise when she felt another option would look better. Communicating with Imperial Décor made the entire process very easy. Saba was quick to reply to all of my emails and always made sure she answered every question I had. She was so understanding about my concerns and never made me feel like I was sending her too many emails. Overall, all of our meetings and correspondences were extremely pleasant. The best part of our experience with Imperial Décor which would make me recommend them to anyone who asks was how well Saba and her entire team handled the week of our wedding. They took care of every detail and coordinated so well with our venues that we had nothing to worry about. Every detail was planned and executed with amazing precision. The week of the wedding, we had no need to contact Saba and she managed all of our events without incident. Imperial Décor’s expertise allowed me to enjoy my wedding week with one less stress which, as a bride, is a huge gift.

The latest south Asian wedding I got to film in Baltimore at the Grand Lodge of Maryland, A.F.&A.M., had the most amazing colours, deepest traditions and mixes of songs and the sweetest taste of an outstanding food. But all of it would be bland if, when entering the reception area, You are not blown away by the gorgeous set up prepared by extremely talented team of Imperial Décor! Although I have seen a fair share of wedding decorations, I just cannot forget the wonderful job this team has executed! You should choose Imperial Décor for Your event as it will certainly leave a mark in every guest’s mind!
