Dreamers provided the tent, tables, and chairs for my wedding. They set up the tent at the venue 2 days prior to the wedding. They set the tent up with absolutely no common sense and then tried to charge me $250 to fix it! The only communication they had with me leading up to the wedding was "Good Afternoon, We will be delivering to ****** on Thursday June 2nd between 1-5. Please keep all items dry from rain as well as have stacked (the same way when delivered) for Monday pickup. If wet or not stacked, extra charges will apply. If you have any questions just let me know. Thank you and have a great Memorial Day weekend. Kevin" At no time did I receive any email or voicemail or call asking where to put the tent at. The venue could tell them the general area of where to set up (its a large field with 2 medium sized buildings that create an L shape). When they went to set up they had the venue call my fiance and ask which direction we wanted the 40 foot side facing. That was the only question that was asked and it was relayed to the rental company. Well they set up the tent up against a porch so that the stairs leading to the porch and entire entry way were under the tent. The tent blocks the entire porch which is gorgeous and would have been our ceremony location if our heads wouldnt be chopped off by a tent in everyones view. Because the stairs and entry way are under the tent(taking up about 1/4 of the area), we cant fit all of our guests & the buffet under the tent for dinner. Oh and everyone hits their head on the tent when going from the tent to the porch When I talked to the rental company they declared that they had sent me that email that I already posted and they called me a bunch of times. I received one call telling me what time theyd be there. I didnt have a specific patch of grass we wanted the tent over, but I assumed that common sense would tell them not to take up 1/4 of the area under the tent with an entry way and not to make it so people would be hitting their heads on the tent throughout the wedding. Then they tell me they are going to charge $250 to come out and fix something that shouldve been common sense in the first place. It only cost $68 in order for them to sent up the tent and deliver all of the items mentioned above. But somehow it is going to cost $250 to fix a mistake. Hopefully, no one gets hurt because the tent is too low over top of the stairs. Seems like a pretty dangerous combination to me.

After searching several places to rent a tent and party supplies, we found Dreamers in Hampstead MD. From Kevins initial help in planning & organizing our event to the day of pick up this family based organization was amazing. Day of delivery they called to advise they were in route and arrived on time. Their crew were amazing to watch; so professional, qualified and personable. After they (very patiently) made sure we were satisfied with the tent placement, they began the set up. It was incredible to watch the crew work so well together and in no time transform our backyard into a beautiful venue. Day of pick up and break down of tent was no different. We were mesmerized watching the process and the efficiency. Also it is so evident they are happy and love what they do. When they finished they stood as a group to tell us they were leaving and hoped we were pleased. A follow up from Kevin the day after was the icing on the cake. If you are researching to rent a tent or supplies for your event, you can stop now. Dreamers is the place.

We learned of Dreamers rentals through friends who used them in the past. Kevin and the crew at Dreamers were great to work with. They were prompt with e-mail and phone questions. They also offered great pricing and options for what we needed. On the day of delivery (the day before the event), the guys did a great job about confirming where to set up and were very kind. They were also quick and efficient in their set-up. The tent and chairs were used for a backyard baby shower. I was happy to see how clean all of the rentals were. The morning of the event it rained and I was very relieved to have the tent protecting the tables and chairs. Even though it cleared off later, the tent still provided shade from the afternoon sun and was very helpful. Many of our guests raved about how nice everything looked. I highly recommend using Dreamers for all of your rental needs.

We selected Dreamers Event Rentals for our outdoor wedding as they are a local family-run business. We ordered a 40x40 tent with sidewalls for 3.5 sides along with tables and the comfy chairs. The Dreamers equipment worked superbly for our event. We are very thankful we ordered the sidewalls because that helped keep the ground dry for all the tables and attendees on what turned out to be a rainy day. Chairs were comfortable and everyone had a really good time even with the rainy Saturday. Special Thanks to Tim and crew for the setup on Friday and Tims attention to all the details. He made sure everything was clean, presentable, and all the lighting was set to our satisfaction. Dreamers definitely go out of their way to please their customers and Lisa and I are extremely happy with our choice of Dreamers Event Rentals.

My experience with Dreamers Event Rentals has been nothing short of amazing. The owner Kevin Hennigan and his crew have treated me with the utmost respect. Ive had experience with other event rental companies and in those experiences Ive been less than satisfied with the discoloration and staining of the tents, but not with Dreamers, their tents were bright white. Also, I expected the chairs to have some ware and tare from previous renters, but that wasnt the case. All of the rental products they have to offer are top notch and thats what one should expect when planning a special event. I would recommend Dreamers Event Rentals to everyone looking to plan a big event, their products are great, and most important their customer service is second to none.

We had an excellent experience with Dreamers Event Rentals! We rented chairs and tables for a surprise party for my parents. Everyone I communicated with at Dreamers was friendly, professional and responsive. They were sensitive to the short window of time we had for delivery and took care to make sure that when they arrived with they delivery they wouldnt spoil the surprise. They confirmed the delivery time a few days before the event and on the day of the event, kept in contact with me about their timeline. Their prices were far better than other rental services I looked into in Baltimore. Overall, we were delighted with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I dont normally write reviews (true) but I had such a great experience with Dreamers Event Rentals I felt compelled. Kevin & his team were great. They were very pleasant to work with both at the time of booking as well as when we had to make a last minute change. The equipment was top notch (guests commented on the quality), and the installers were very courteous. In addition, when our event was threatened by winds they made a special, unsolicited, trip out to our house to verify the tent integrity. Love the fact theyre local and family owned. Price was very competitive. All in all we were very very satisfied.
