Very unprofessional -- my first call with them was on July 6th to order some LED furniture for an event on July 22nd, it took until July 19th to receive a formal proposal from them, and to be told about a minimum cost for each order. So three days before the event they told me that unless I had a $1000 to spend with them, I couldnt get the items I wanted, which totaled about $450 + $150 delivery fee. So now I am totally at a loss -- since I cant get another vendor three days before a pretty special event. So unprofessional! Communication is key, you need to inform your customers from the first call what exactly the delivery fee is, and that there is a $1000 min. Making them wait until three days before an event is a bad practice.

We needed a tent - and fast! We had a large outdoor event planned and the weather threatened to rain on our party! Every place I called was full up ... booked solid ... not a tent left. One of the places I called gave me the number for ARS Events. I was pleasantly surprised to be told by Kevin Cummings, president, that yes, they could come out that very day and erect a 20x40 tent with side panels. They were done in a jiffy and our party was a success. Thank you ARS!!
