As a senior citizen, I was very upset when my car broke down on 495 in very heavy traffic! Once I called AAA and then Stan Maisel at Bowie Auto Service I felt much better. My car was towed to Bowie Auto Service and Stan was kind enough to wait for my safe arrival even though it was at the end of a very hot day. Once Stan was able to examine the cars problem, he had me back on the road quickly the next day. I really appreciated the professionalism that was exhibited by Stan and other staff members who assisted me with my problem. Rose called me promptly to pick up my car when the work was completed so I could continue on with my day. My family and I will continue to use Bowie Auto Service for all of our automotive needs. I highly recommend this service!

I recently had my Toyota fixed here 7/14/17, they were very polite and called with a price I thought was quite high for an alternator repair $599 but I needed my car working. They didnt fix the alternator correctly and failed to put the serpentine belt on the right way. Long story short I almost died on the highway because my car stopped working. I couldnt even steer it. They would not help fix the car, despite the fact that this problem is all their fault and were very nasty about the whole situation. My children and I couldve died due to this horrific mistake their mechanic made.

I was a regular customer until today. My friend to whom i highly recommended to go there was treated super rude, like they doing her a favor. Plus she WAS NOT TOLD THE PRICE FOR SERVICE until later. So my friend had to pay double what she used to pay. Also when i called and tried to explain that they provided poor customer service , Rose (the owner) was very defensive and tried to prove me wrong. That was the last time im using them

I recently moved to Baltimore and took my car someplace else for service and couldnt believe what they wanted to fix and charge me to do so. So I went back to my old reliable Bowie Auto and what do you know.. I didnt need half of what the other place tried to sell me! I love that this place is family owned and operated and they are so friendly and knowledgeable. I wont go anyplace else!

Great experience! Bob, Rose, and the staff at Bowie Auto Service really deserve 5 stars. They did a brake job and a state inspection for me. They offer competitive prices, and top of the line service. It’s nice to find a shop like this -- honest and well managed. I will be back, and definitely recommend that you give this place a try.

Most horrible unprofessional service ever.. my grandpa is a mechanic and he wld never treat anyone the way bob ad his stuck in the 80s wife treated me, my kids, and my husband. The only good comments on there facebook page are bobs dad...thts sad
