My experience began Friday. I emailed Wilson Tire to inquire whether they did transmission work and told them the exact engine error codes from my vehicle. They gave me a rough estimate but said they needed to run their own diagnostic which is perfectly reasonable. The website wouldnt let me make an appointment that was in less than 24 hours so I called the store. I was told that Saturday service was on a first come first serve bases and that it was best to come early as possible. My husband arrived 15mins before the shop opened, when they opened he was told that they have several cars that are ahead but theyd give a call when they had run their diagnostic. They called 15 mins before shop closed to say that they did not have time to get to my car today but theyd get to it Tuesday morning. Bare in mind, the only reason why I came here is that they were one of the only place that could take my car on Saturday. Tuesday afternoon they called to tell me that their diagnostic was the same error codes that I had given them when I emailed and dropped the car off however they dont do transmission work so I can come pick up my car at anytime. When I arrived to pick up my car they proceeded to give me a bill for $150 for their diagnostic. My response " what diagnostic? your diagnostic is what I told you when I dropped it off when you failed to tell me you dont do transmission work" The guy at the cash register told me that hed take 30mins off of labor as if he was doing me a favor. To make matters worse I dont believe that they even performed a diagnostic because I left my automatic plugged in when the car was dropped off and according to my app the car not only wasnt moved but it didnt register that the car had even been cut on. When I initially emailed them that it was a transmission problem it was the responsibility of the shop to tell me that they are not skilled enough to perform this type of work. Instead they held my car for 3 1/2 days just to charge me a fee. I plan on reporting them to the BBB. Go here at your own risk!

They used to be my shop of choice but no more. I do a lot of auto work myself but occasionally need to have someone do the more difficult things along with tires. I have always been impressed with their tire expertise and willing to pay extra for it. However Im not willing to be ripped off either. The last set of tires, they added a small charge which I thought was unjustified but shook it off. This time, I wanted to get a diagnostic for my air bag light - thats it. Just a diagnostic. Less than 15 min work including the processing time and the time to get the truck into the shop. $138 !!! When I protested, they said they are competitive with other shops. I paid them the money. Their estimate for fixing the impact sensor was $230. I bought a brand new one for $60 and installed it in 15 min and I had to climb under the car. They are a rip off and they have lost my business.

Had to get a new tire and a 4 wheel alignment on my Van. The tire was $17 cheaper than any other local shop ... installed and did 4 wheel alignment quickly and efficiently while I waited. Good Job. I will go there for more service. I generally go to the dealership - but the dealership prices are super high.

Good deal on tire rotation service. Unless you specify a specific tire rotation pattern, they only rotate front to back with no crossing. I always ask them to do it according to my vehicle manual. They are friendly and accommodating.

I waited for over two hours for a standard oil change. I never had to wait this long even at the dealer. I thought this place was better when I came here before for other car concerns. Very disappointed.

Btought in four tires and they mounted them no problem. Good customer service with no issues. Nice to know someone cares about making the customer happy and being polite.
