Never again! Walking distance from my house, and I still wont go back. Ive given them several chances over the years. Both the current and former owners have a suspiciously picky "interpretation" of the inspection code when its convenient to get them money. The full inspection code is online for anyone who wants to read it - not as if its a state secret. I actually left once because he cut my battery hold down and rejected the car for an unsecured battery - and yes, Id seen the hold down in place right before I went. He actually seemed surprised I wasnt going to pay him to put a battery hold down on it. Either this guy cant operate a headlight machine, or headlight aim is a convenient way to pad a bill too. Again, the code is online, its easy for me to check his work, and he seemed surprised I wasnt going to pay him to "properly aim the headlights" when they were already correct when I arrived. I drive 30 minutes to the next county over for an honest inspection now.

Ive been going to Scott Enterprises for years now. I used to work at a local shop in Smithfield that did some pretty shady things sometimes. I love Tony and trust his work over anyones. I travel all the way from Chesapeake just to get him to work on my cars. I will always take my car to him as long as he is in business. I was thinking about having someone local do my oil changes and such, but after an incident with Finks trying to screw me over I will never get them to work on my car again. Tony checked out my car and said that what Finks had told me was wrong with my car was not messed up. Finks saw a woman coming and thought they could make up some part that was no existent on my car and I would pay the $1000 to fix it. Took it to Tony, $200 to fix the problem and no problems since. That goes to show you who is really out there today. Again, I love Tony and trust him!

Scott Enterprises has been working on my personal and business vehicles for the last few years. They are easy to work with and very reliable. I trust Tony with anything we have an issue with or our regular maintenance needs. They will always get my business...great group of people!

They have been fixing my familys vehicles for as long as I can remember. Mr Tony is great and the whole staff is very friendly! I moved to portsmouth and still drive out to smithfield to get my truck fixed. Great place!!
