This place is an absolute nightmare and they are deceptive and will not be foward and honest with you. I took my 2014 gmc sierra to get 4 new tires. While installing them they ruined all 4 of my wheels by gouging the metal and leaving scratches all over. It looked like someone took a chisel to them. I fought with them and they finally agreed to replace them. When I got there to get the new wheels the new manager Pedro, who replaced the old manager who they told me was fired, ordered the wrong wheels. After the almost month and a half process I decided to just get it over with and put the ones they had on as there were close to the ones they were supposed to be. I did not want to go back there to do this but they insisted I had too or they wouldnt replace them. They also told me I had to give them the wheel they damaged even though they were an added option on my truck when I purchased them. So how did the new wheels turn out? Dont ask. Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere. I went here cuz I saved some money on tires and ended up spending way more because of their mistakes

Took my 2000 Toyota Celica in for an inspection. I got there at 7:30 am and told them that I would wait for it. They told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours. I said that was fine/ I went over to the shopping center across the street to kill off some time. I then went back to hang out in the waiting room and the guy saw me after about 15 minutes. He called me up and said that they thought I left so they hadnt started on my car yet and they it would be about an hour till they got to it. I let it go and told them that I would just go home and wait for them to call me. They called me around 10 to tell me that the check engine light was on and they would have to check what the light is for and fix that before they could do the inspection. Again I said ok. By 3pm I still didnt get a call about the car so I called them. They told me that they didnt run the test on it yet! I told them that I needed the car back by 4 because I had to work, thats why I took it in so early. I ended up picking it up without anything being done to it.

I took my fleet vehicle here regularly because it was the closest chain the company would accept. Positives: good hours, they drove me home so I didnt have to wait on the work. Negatives: One time they changed my oil and never put the cap back on so as I was driving down the highway for close to an hour, most of the oil came out and covered everything under the hood (not to mention I had no oil in my engine.) When I took it back to them they reluctantly agreed to clean it up and redo the oil. Another time I dropped my vehicle off for minor work and they ended up putting in a brand new A/C system without asking me. That meant I had to go without it for an extra day and postpone a trip I was going on. Bottom line is you can do better than these guys. The guys behind the counter turn me off.

I show up at 7:55 for 8 am appointment to get new tires. Was told the guy that does tires doesnt get here till 9 or 9:30. Could have told me this when I set an 8 am appointment. Now Ill be sitting here waiting for 2 hours. Tried to sell me road Hazzard warranty, told them no, he said well just leave it on the invoice till were done in case you change your mind. Like Im going to forget and have to pay an extra $100.00 not good business practices. Also told me my left front wheel was way out of alignment, I said no to the service, took it to a different (reputable) garage that told me it was in spec (as close to perfect as possible) Not happy right now! NEVER take your vehicle here! NEVER!

Sometimes it pays to take it to the dealership so a quality job is done by a professional not a high school-er with minimal mechanical experience. They caused considerable mechanical damage to my sub frame and lower control arm when doing an alignment. No one told me of the damage I found out when i tried to drive home and was not able to control the car on the road. It was a very dangerous situation. I would not take my car here ever if i cared about my own life or the others in the car. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

Went in for a State inspection and Emmision test with my 2008 xc90 and was told i need over $1000 worth of control arm bushings and sway bar bushings. Went to The volvo dealer to see if there was any dealer assistance since i was a faithful customer during my warrenty period and said all my bushing looked good. Went for a third opionion at Hershey auto center and they said the same thing and even showed me what they said was bad. Will never go trust or go back to this place. Poor customer service.

I will never take my car back to this place. My wife took it in for a routine oil change. They somehow managed to find nearly $1000 of necessary repairs and maintenance. Included in this was a legitimate repair of the rotors. However, they wanted to do a ton of unnecessary things. The most outrageous was being told that I needed a flush of my power steering fluid. My car is bare bones and has no power steering. If youre looking for an honest mechanic, Id look elsewhere.

The only good thing about them is they got it fixed quick because I was from out of state. They didnt add any coolant back into my car after replacing the radiator, said they drove my car and everything was fine. I get it back drive 10 minutes away and it starts to over heat again stop at loves in Hummel and the mechanic there helps more then they did. Horrible place to get your car fixed.

Fantastic experience! Went out of their way to make us happy, even double checking a competitors alignment for no charge. Happy with the tires, the service, the price, and the overall experience. This says a lot because we dont usually like to go to places like this due to bad past experiences other places. Would definitely recommend Goodyear in Hershey and would go back again!

take your care someplace else. Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They manage to find 800 dollars worth of needed repairs, but the thing is my car if fairly new and im always up to date with maintenance and tend to know a thing or too about cars. Ha. Anyways they tried to charge me 500 for break pads alone. Look for an honest mechanic elsewhere.

They had unexpected back logs that kept the bays occupied. I had an appointment at 1 pm, they were not able to take the vehicle until 2 pm. The Manager, Pedro, let me know the situation about 1:30. He offered great customer service, apologized that they had made me wait the half hour and that this oil change was on them. Appreciate the great service.
