We are in business, since 1986, I feel very offset with this customer, because we replaced the engine, also we are well known in this town, in still in business, I know this person has a lot of money, and he wants for us, a new car!, before we replaced this engine we did a diagnostic, engine was burning oil, there is not such of, wherever say the review, could fixed the damage, unless you repair the engine o replaced. Im sad for this bad review that I have, because at the end say, like bad plague. Not, this is a family business and a have very good customer for years, and always faithfuls to us. to this customer that wrote this review, God bless him, from the bottom of my Hart. thanks again to all our customer, for all of this years, keeping us in business. Complete RIP OFF!! A friend of mine took his car b/c it was smoking. Mechanic said it needed a new engine. A new engine was installed and THAT (newer) engine ALSO smoked! Mechanic told my friend to return the car b/c he apparently forgot to install some "sensor". I was very suspicious and noticed that NOTHING was done to the car. He was charged nevertheless (for this "sensor" or whatever). The car STILL SMOKED. I consulted a mechanic friend who told me that all the engine needed was bottle of sealer (of some sort). The engine being replaced shouldve been a last resort. The car was given up for cash for clunkers a few weeks later. Mechanics here NEVER returns calls, hardly there and is very dishonest. Avoid like the plague!

I have been at Ottos repair shop in the early 90s when a guy i used to work with went there on a regular basis. So back then i tried them and i had nothing bad to say about them. Now that i moved back to the area again i am and will be going back to them.
