I was in twice this weekend for parts for a 2004 Escape. The guys (and one lady) were helpful with advice and had most of what I needed in stock. One part was not in stock and had to be transferred from another store, and they even called me at home the next morning at 8:00 when the part was delivered. Now thats good customer service. This store is off to a good start.

Called to see if they had a part and asked them to put it aside for me. Drove all the way there and back home only to find out they gave me the part for the wrong side! Had to go all the way back to exchange it for the correct side because they never asked.
