Back in Dec. 2015 the week before Christmas my engine stopped working on my 2006 Chevy Equinox, I was new to Windsor so I hadnt had a mechanic yet. I went to several different places and no one said they could get my SUV back to me before Christmas, except for Rhett @ WCCC. He got my SUV back to me 2 days before Christmas at a decent price. It was great work done in a timely manner with exceptional customer service. Then in March 2016 my SUV started having breaking issues, so I had my vehicle looked at again by WCCC since they did so great on my engine months before and low and behold my struts were cracked, so yet again the service was taken care of within 2 days and I was back on the road with no issues and a great service again. Moral of my stories, I love going to WCCC and having them the care of my vehicle with exceptional service and a kindness like no other.

I was looking for a new mechanic and a lot of people had recommended Rhett at Windsor Complete Car Care. I am so happy I decided to give them a shot. I have been using them for about a year and wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else now. They are very honest and do exceptional work and have the best customer service. I dont have to worry about being steered in the wrong direction. They treat your vehicle just as if it was their own and have great turn around times. I would recommend WCCC to anyone.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!. this guy will scam the crap out of you. If you take your car there for a simple problem he will find other things wrong and fix them without you authorizing them and then expect you to pay for it. They are also very sloppy when they are working on your car. They break alot of peices then expect you to pay for them when it was their fault to begin with. Its not worth the headache. You have been warned

Rhett and his team are wonderful! They have even picked up and delivered my vehicles from my house when I was incapacitated! Who even does that anymore? Rhett does! They take a lot of care to figure out your vehicles problem and fix it in a timely manner. As Rhett says, "if it runs on gas, diesel, propane or whatever, well fix it". So bring not only your cars and trucks but your boats, rvs, atvs, lawnmowers and tractors.

The owner, Rhett, is an amazing guy. He and his technicians will be totally honest with you about what your car needs. They also stand by their work and get the job done right. I honestly cant praise them enough. Besides my dad, who is a mechanic, they are the only ones that I totally trust with my car. They are also reasonably priced.

I went there for a simple inspection, $200 later it was done, found some minor things wrong and screwed me on the price, watch out for these guys.
