I always come to this location because it is two minutes from my work. The drive-thru line is always ridiculous but moves quickly and my order is always correct. But I have never experienced what I have experienced twice at this location. Decided to come here for lunch one day after having a very rough morning and afternoon at work (one of those days where youre fed up and contemplating just walking out and not going back) get up to place my order after about 15 minutes and pull around to the window 5 minutes later. I tried to hand the cashier my card and she refused to take it because the person in line in front of me had paid for my lunch. I looked at the cashier said seriously and started tearing up (most likely because of all the stress from the day). Without hesitation I told her I would be paying for the meal of the person in line behind me. As I was getting ready to pull away I asked that she relay the message to pay it forward. About two weeks later I went back to this location for lunch again. Got through the line in about 10 minutes, pulled up to the window to pay and the cashier that day tells me the same thing...that the person in front of me had paid for my lunch yet again. Instead of paying for the lunch of the person behind me again I decided to grab lunch for my co-worker who didnt get a lunch break that day and hadnt eaten. Not sure who those two peolpe were but I am extremely grateful and appreciative of what you did. Reminding me there is still decent people in this world.

I rarely ever have an experience at Chick-Fil-A thats less than very pleasant. Not sure if I can say Ive had one period. Obviously the food is great. I prefer the regular chicken sandwich the most personally. The location can get very crowded at times so this will be one of the only times where you may have to wait a bit longer. Most times Im in and out in about 3 minutes or so. Again, most times not every single time. My one gripe about Chick-Fil-A is the inconsistent sizes of chicken used for the sandwiches. Ive had some sandwiches that we really large and went beyond the borders of the bun to those that were smaller and just at the border or may just a little bit over. The flavor is still the same and would still suggest going here.

My boyfriend who just recently got home from overseas and our children stopped at this location Saturday, September 4th at about 730pm at the drive through. We had trash from a previous chik fil a purchase and he asked if they may be able to take the trash for us. As many places do with their own product. The young lady politely asked her coworker who rudely said no while laughing at us and preceded to mock my boyfriends reasonable requests and voice mannerisms who then asked if he would be able to bring it in. The young lady was trying to apologize for her coworkers behavior but the damage is done. As a Mormon company, is this how the veterans are treated in front of their families in your establishment?

I came in at about 415pm maybe three people in line the drive thru was running smoothly. My order was taken we were seated and I had very pleasant experience. I usually do not rate, however,I asked the manager if ever that other Chic fil a in the PG county area seek advice on how one should run smoothly. In order to improve on any franchise, you have to continuously improve, ask questions and make comparisons. Im hoping that the other franchises that are in PGCounty can look towards this location for direction to improve on their customer service.

By far the WORST one ive been to. Went inside to place an order, clearly gave my name and these retards put "grey t shirt" on my order as my name....then gave it away to someone else.... twice. After standing there and inquiring about it, the girl working the take away counter made this "oopse, I dont care, oh well" type expression on her face and said make him another so i left. They can give my twice made order away again to someone else and keep theyre screw up streak going.

This is an example of how food service on a large and busy scale should be run. The food is always fresh and of the highest quality. Everyone is courteous, efficient and they work together and communicate with each other and the customers. Unlike some places, there is someone AT EVERY REGISTER! Dont let a long line deter you. It moves quickly and as the sign says, "Please have your payment ready. We are as fast as you are." They are. Well done!

15 mins to 11 and I am in line for breakfast. So close yet so far. I finally get to the front of the line at exactly 11 am. The cashier refuses to allow me to order breakfast. I speak with a manger and I place an order for breakfast. Five minutes later the cashier tells me my breakfast...The one I ordered...The one I fought for...was given away. I was furious! Asked for my money back and left! Outrageous service!

The drive through line moves a little slower than the other Chick-Fil-A locations in the area so plan to spend 5 more minutes in line than you wouldve guessed but the service here is up to the typical Chick-Fil-A standard as is the food so its worth the wait if youre in the area. Just dont get your hopes up on Sunday because you will be sorely disappointed.

Overall the food and service was great. Tara was helpful with getting our order to us and getting us a complimentary cup of water. They completed our special orders (well done chicken) satisfactorily. The only recommendation I would make is to change the inside layout. Pick up Area for mobile orders was not near to the doors for convenient pick up.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This chick-fil-a used to be good but not anymore. The quality of service has gone down dramatically since the last time I was there. The manager was sitting down with her kids which would be alright if the people working behind the counter werent talking to each other instead of attending customers.

Stopped by for breakfast because I knew I could get something healthy and they did not disappoint. These were the best scrambled egg whites Ive had in a while with a grilled chicken patty. Basically i had the egg white grill without the English muffin! Not bad for fast food.

I wish they could figure out a way to make the drive threw line separate from the line for people to dine in. Its really annoying to have to wait for 10 minutes because the drive threw line in blocking the only entrance into the chic fill a (and it is 17 cars deep!!!)q

This Chickfila is ALWAYS clean, cashiers extremely polite, managers are OUTSTANDING especially when it comes to 100% customer service. My family absolutely loves this Chickfila. They treat my kids like family and the playground is always clean. Keep up the GREAT work!

Service and food always good store to store. Wish theyd bring back the coleslaw. Dont need them telling me what I should or shouldnt be eating. If that where the case Id be eating tuna sandwiches instead of their chicken. Food is good. So us the Super Food Salad!
