Brand new location with lots of enthusiasm. My wife and I both had the Engineer Sub. We dont like having mayo and mustard on our cold sandwiches so we asked to leave those off. The food was very good, not a long wait and they bring your order to your table when its done. My biggest problem with sub franchises are their strict measurements of meats and cheeses. Too worried about their bottom line. I will never eat at a SubWay as long as I live from past experiences. Firehouse is closer to being a Quiznos. I still would have liked more meat and cheese but for the price it was fair.

Have gone here at least once a week the past few weeks and I honestly have nothing negative to say. They are extremely friendly, the store is ALWAYS cleaned well and fully stocked. It has a family environment, they are eager to please and make sure your order is right and just how you like it. I would recommend this place to everyone for a nice affordable date or a family dinner to get out of the house. The sandwiches are amazing and made to perfection, you definitely pay for what you get.

Come in and hear what sounds like woman screaming church music. Large African woman dragging her gut across the prep table. Ask no tomatoes, get tomatoes. Got it to go. Get to my work 3 minutes away and roll is completely soggy. Thought i ordered a sub but instead i received a salad between two wet rolls with a little meat. Only ate a little less than half. Couldnt stomach another bite. Wish i took a picture of the mess I paid $12 for. First and last time at a firehouse.

Only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a five is because they are expensive! Their cause and idea is great. Clean, friendly staff that welcome you when you come through the door. They are always thorough on how you want your food. All the food is steamed, which is different but still taste great. I really like that everything is fresh and natural, they dont have any xtra additives or perservatives in their food! The brisket is my personal favorite.

I am a huge fan of the firehouse subs, but every time Ive been at this new location there is always something wrong.... I never had a problem at the west Manchester firehouse sub location. I am getting very upset with this place from the customer service to my friends down to my subs been made wrong n always soggy... I really about to be done with the east side firehouse

Usually come during the week and service, food, and price is always on point. Came on Fathers Day because of the special. We were not greeted with the typical welcome to Firehouse and the cashier was in a bad mood. Typically we are asked to round the price for a donation, but she did not ask. The weekend experience was much different from the weekday.

This place sucks.. first and last visit to this location.. limited hot sauce selection (unlike other firehouse locations), the employees are suburban kids pretending to be thugs (you make sandwiches for a living, cupcake).. hurry up and go outta business.. youll get better service at McDonalds.

Went in and barely any cheese on my sub and took forever. It was good but they are slow! One of them were on the phone instead of helping out the others making the subs. Lousy management

Came in at 7 pm they said no brownies they were all frozen. Going down the road to one that always does great, this one doesnt seem to care. Go across town or down to Maryland.

The subs are always fresh, and the staff are friendly and greet everyone when they come in the door. They have a ton of different hot sauces to try if you like spicy stuff.
