I needed boxes to help with moving my disabled mother from her home to come live with me, her daughter. A young lady was very accommodating over the phone and told me she would set boxes aside for me. When I went to pick them up, the manager seemed very annoyed that I had come during lunch hour to pick up boxes. I stood there waiting for 15 minutes while my 3 children waited in the car. Another kind staff member finally helped me get my boxes to the car, and I asked if she could possibly put more aside for me. She said she would. I called back later in the week and the manager answered. She said no boxes were set aside for me, and to go elsewhere to find some. This is not the Christian kindness that is known of Chick-fil-a. I will not be going to this peticular restaurant anymore. I needed kindness shown to me in a very difficult time in my life...All I asked for was boxes...for help. Now Ill have to find some other way to help move an entire house full of my mothers things : By myself with 3 children, while my mom is in rehabilitation. Extremely disappointed.

I dont ask much out of any restaurant, and I hardly do reviews. This place is great. The best chicken of all time. If you need a bodybuilding meal and some quality protein, look no further, mayne. I think the food is extraordinary, but Im no foodie. Im just a dude. Drive thru is backed up to the Wal-Mart, but these awesome employees are a well-oiled machine knocking out orders. Its amazing what having a Sunday off can do to an employees morale, Im sure. Realistically and relative to all reasonable factors and scale of operation, this place has no flaws. A++.

Very awesome chicken. Unlike chicken from other fast food places this actually tastes like chicken, not that chicken particle board stuff lol. The spicy chicken sandwich is great, I just wish theyd bring back spicy chicken nuggets. To Sonja Campbell - you shouldnt ding a restaurant in their reviews section for something wholly unrelated to the eating experience. I get that it was frustrating, and I sympathize, but they have a point.. lunch is a very busy time in the food industry and expecting them to cater to someone not there to eat is not realistic.

Not sure what was going on this day with the store but the employee that took my order smothered it with massive amounts of atitude and sarcasm. Not appreciated. It was cold out that evening and I was wearing a snow cap. Did they not like my hat? Also, when I handed cash to them, they opened their cash drawer and they were complaining about how "messy and unorganized" it was. Thats something that should be taken care of daily and in the morning before the store opens. Only two stars because my food tasted okay.

Gone here several times now since they opened, and have never had a bad meal. The salads are great, as well as the Chicken sandwiches. Great service - always friendly & quick. Never wait in line, although there are times that the drive thru seems to have quite a back up. But we have always gone inside to eat, so it works out fine. The tables & restrooms are clean, and the kids play area looks fun (and busy). They never disappoint.

My family and I always have a great experience here and the food is delicious. The owners (a wonderful husband and wife team) really do all they can to ensure a great experience. All areas are well maintained and the staff are always friendly. Thank you too for your kindness shown to my Marine son-in-law ~ it didnt go unnoticed!

Extremely fast service, exceptional food! Employees were very helpful and friendly. Jebediah took my order and was one of the best fast food workers I have ever encountered! Caleb is also a superb worker and an irreplaceable asset to the team. Both deserve raises as they are essential parts to a well oiled machine

This place its great absolutely amazing! They are the fastest chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The food comes out within a minute or less after you order it and its hot! I dont think you will find a better fast food place around. Go here and you will most certainly not be disappointed.

Chick-fil-As customer service is superior to any other fast food restaurant. The restaurant is kept very clean - tables are wiped down as soon as customers leave. The food is really good - the Chick-fil-A sauce is my favorite for dipping chicken nuggets and waffle fries.

Never have found a Negative thing to say about Chick-Fil-A. The downside here is that its usually very busy with cramped parking...and a wrap-around drive through which can have some inattentive, and downright rude drivers.

Great food. Limited parking. Hard to get in. They didnt have people outside in the drive through like all other locations have for taki.g orders. Small driveway for the drive through.

Very clean , well maintained dining area. Has a nice enclosed play area for kids. Seats inside for parents to sit. Friendly fast service. Very nice for fast food with kids

Restaurant was fairly clean, staff was very efficient and professional; food came out quicker than I would expect during the lunch rush it only took about 3 minutes.
