Now I love chick-fill-a as a restaurant the one star is for their catering or lack there of - on 8/13/2015 we ordered a large platter and a small fruit tray for my sons second birthday party - I have the confirmation email from the company that says 8/15/2015 at 12pm first colony center with my order however the restaurant never made the order and when we showed up to pick up our food they told us they couldnt have it ready till 6pm that night because they never received the order - again I have my confirmation email from the cooperation Im just so upset and annoyed that this happened luckily they never charged my card or I would have thrown a much bigger stink about this ordeal - as it stands I will never order catering from chick fill a again and I suggest if you dont want to be running around for an alternative food you do the same

Screwed up the order. Gave one ketchup when we asked for ketchup for 3 meals. One ketchup at a time... 3 times. Gave us an attitude about the order when they screwed it up and we had to go back. Get home and theres no straws. This place is way too busy 24-7, which is probably part of the problem, but its too busy there to wait in line and get an attitude when they screw up your order, or you simply want Ketchup. My daughter loves everyone, she came home and said "Daddy, they were mean to mommy. I wish you were there". When your 5 year old tells everyone how mean they are at Chick-fil-A, you probably have a problem. Edit: Just realized they were supposed to give us Iced Tea. Its an Arnold Palmer/Half-n-half...

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorites! Ive never had an order wrong, and they are, as usual with this chain, very polite and friendly. The store itself is very clean, and always in stock. The staff is great about having a lot of great activities in the community, such as most recently they did a stuffed animal sleepover, where the kids could bring their stuffed animals to all hang out together! They also on occasion have paint your own canvas nights that are a great turn out. This location also is very good at giving back to the community - I have contacted them on several occasions for donations for events that have been help through my office, and they have generously donated free kids meals coupons.

They have recently remodeled and created a double drive-through lane. At peak times, they station a crew outside with iPads and a cash box to take orders and payment and pass the food to your car, which makes the drive-through amazingly fast for the volume of cars moving through. Staff indoors and out are consistently pleasant and accommodating. Indoors, they have a nice small play area for kids, and keep the dining room and restrooms nice and clean.

I was a little irritated at breakfast I cant get grilled nuggets because they didnt have any made and if I wanted some I would have to wait another 10 minutes. Also tried to use a sandwich coupon that I received at the fair which is the only reason I went there in the first place and I was told I can only use it at lunch time. I will not be returning anytime soon, I didnt mind the long wait in line but its the little things.

I dont often eat fast food because its horrible for your body. That said, I came here this evening and the girl who took my order was pleasant, spoke clearly and with diction and genuinely polite. The young man who gave me my food was equally as charming and gave me a generous portion of condiments. They gave off the vibe that they were having a good evening and even that they enjoyed being at work. The food was delicious.

Never fails! Every single time I hit the drive through something is wrong. I get home to the wrong food, missing food, and wrong drinks. Yea it would be easy to check if they wouldnt stuff the bag so full that everything falls out when it rips apart. Management is really poor here. When I go to try to fix the issue they act like its something I did wrong. I love the food but everything else is a fail!!!

The customer service has always been great. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The chicken on the bagel sandwich only covered half the bagel. The manager said thats how big the breakfast chicken sizes are. Why pay for only half a chicken? Got the spicy chicken biscuit, and chicken was so thin it was like a pancake. When did chik fil a get in the business of selling bread over chicken?

I have never had slow service IN CALIFORNIA Chick-fil-a .I normally have my food before i pay .And I have a family of 6 .And just a small shout out to staff always happy and willing to serve no matter how big the croud is there.And I LOVE THE FACT THAT SOMEONE COMES TO CLEAN THE PLAY GROUND AND SANITIZE IT.A final thought never had a bad meal there.Thank you Chick-fil-a.

Went there during lunch hour and still got our food order relatively quickly. This was my first experience at a Chick-fil-A, and I thought the food was okay. We ate indoors and it was packed (lunch time crowd). Had we had time, they also had a small kids area to play in, kids would like that, so my four year old told me.

The food was ok. The role was not as fresh as I usually get. Ive been to ones much better in other states. For rush hour the drive through was a lot slower than any Ive ever been to and the customer service was a bit lacking compared to others. Overall I wouldnt completely write them off as it wasnt "horrible".

Great food! My son ADORES the play land. Staff is friendly and efficient. I love that of u say thank you they HAVE to say "my pleasure" sometimes I will thank them multiple times to hear it lol. Recommend to family and friends

Though the lines were long, the efficiency of the associates, both inside and out, is phenomenal. They work in unison, making your trip to Chick-fil-A pleasurable instead of a drag. Not to mention the food is fantastic

This is the first time that I went to Chick-fil-A and was disappointed. I always go through the drive thru. I ordered a salad and they gave me the wrong salad dressing, plus they forgot the fork/knife and the toppings.

Everyone treats you with respect! They deliver your food to your table. They have the local newspapers there. They call you by first name. Just all around blessed place and they are a blessing to the community.

The place is clean. The service is excellent. The staff team members work as a great crew to offer you great service. The staff call you by name which is awesome. Theyre closed on Sunday for religious purpose.

This place is always incredibly busy, but the workers are always pleasant and efficient. I got my food in a timely manner and it was hot and fresh! Also, I am loving the frozen lemonade in this hot weather!
