Today was my first visit to any Firehouse Sub shop, let alone the location at Riva Festival (even though its been there a few years and I work nearby). It was good...about what youd expect from a sandwich chain shop, but better than Subway. There werent too many people in the store when I arrived, even though it was nearing the lunch hour. Even after spending about 20 minutes in here, there werent a whole lot more people showing up yet. I dined in on this particular visit; once I ordered a Firehouse Hero sub and large drink at the counter, I got my drink at the fountain and took a seat in the clean dining area. After waiting a few minutes - nothing too terribly extensive - one of the workers brought my sub out to me. The presentation was nice as the sub didnt look like it was falling apart and it was served still piping hot. Overall, the flavor of the sub was good.

Not sure what all the hype was about. Customer service was blah, and the cheese steak was nasty. Im pissed I wasted my money on that. Oh if you want a good cheese steak with real meat go to Genos in Severna Park! Thanks for nothing!

Do not come here for Lunch. The bread was completely soaked and the rest of it looked like it was tossed onto the paper and rolled up. I cant believe I waited 25 minutes and paid 13 dollars for this garbage.

The employees dont read the order and frequently put a pickle spear in the basket despite straying no pickle when ordering and it appearing on the ticket.

More like FIREHOUSE SUCKS. SLOW....Dont waste your time. Took over 25 minutes to make one sub. PATHETIC. WOULD NEVER GO NEAR ONE AGAIN.
