Food is always fresh and hot. Fast service. If you go through the drive thru you get all the items you expect in the bag. All of the staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Management reflects old fashioned values. They are always busy, but they have the staff and the organizational skill to get people through quickly. Most of the major fast food outlets around here are struggling to achieve mediocrity. Chick fil a sets the bar very high.

One of the few fast food restraunts in Suffolk, I can give high remarks too. While they do tend to be busy any day or time of the week it is for a reason. They have decent staff and Chickfila Food at Chickfila prices. The number one reason I like them so much is the fact that they are one of the few places in the area that you dont have to bring your food back to because your order was completely screwed up!

Just came from there and the best part of my meal was the drink. My fries were so salty it made my stomach hurt afterwards and my sandwich was chewy to the point where I couldnt bite it. I dont know if it was because it was a lunch rush or if they hired new people, but never again.

If they are busy dont go there you will most likely have your order messed up. Happens every time I go there and there is a sizable line. Foods okay when they get it right but they need to slow down and listen to the orders coming through, and repeat them back.

My family and I eat at this location quite often and they have the best customer service out of all the locations we have been to thus far. I love how fast they move and in comparisons to a lot of the other locations theyre customer service is the best.

The service at this chick-fil-A is first class. You are always greeted with a smile and kindness. The restaurant is always clean and food comes out fast. If you have a teenager looking for a job this is the kind of place you want them to work.

My family LOVES this chick-fil-a fantastic service. The only problem with this or any chick-fil-a is that we always want it on Sunday so we have to stock up to have it for Sundays. Glad you have honored the Sabbath and keep it holy!!!

This place is awesome they beat the store in Chesapeake. Sad but true Chesapeake has started to downsize their professionalism and became Ghetto. But its never too late to make that change. Go Chick-fil-A thanks for the great service

The training for employees includes how to greet customers and they are willing to compromise for any mistakes they make. Although there is a little bit of a wait most the staff and customers are very generous to you and each other.

Customer service is always wonderful. A good size kids play area. Unlimited refills and prices are reasonable. On certain days, mainly holidays and some Saturdays, the parking can be a nightmare and overcrowded inside.

This place is pretty busy at the typical times but they tend to move pretty quickly. Family night is extremely busy but I have never had to wait too long to get my food. Definitely one of the better Chick-fil-As.

I usually really like chick fil a. Today not so much. Sandwich was dry and thin. I was given another one and it was cold. fries were cold also. On the plus side my daughter and granddaughters food was good.

Came here for breakfast... they were not friendly like the other stores and they all kept looking at me as if i was gonna rob the place. Maybe cause im black. Smh....food was real greasy.

They dont have Chick-fil-A where I live so anytime Im traveling I stop in. This store has great service and of course great food I highly recommend Chick-fil-A Deluxe chicken sandwich

The lettuce and tomatoes on the deluxe chicken sandwich were at the bottom of the sandwich instead of on top. Not a good bite. It seemed like the sandwich was carelessly prepared.

The few times Ive been here, the food was freshly cooked. The lemonade was awesome. The staff are friendly and they move quickly during high foot traffic times, such as lunch.
