This is my favorite Chick-fil-a of all time! And as someone who grew up on Chick, this is saying a lot. I eat here way more than I should, and the breakfasts are especially addicting. Im one of those annoying type A perfectionists who highly customizes my drive through order. This Chick totally delivers, and when there is even a small mistake, they go above and beyond. In fact, this morning the fantastic manager, Zack, totally made my day. A few weeks ago I called and spoke with him because my minis werent exactly as I ordered them. He was great and offered me a complimentary new mini meal the next time I came in, which I happily redeemed the following day. Then this morning he took my order in the drive through and when I pulled up to pay, I realized he had comped my meal! How kind is that?!? The best part was that my meal was Chick perfection... the yeast rolls were extra soft and fresh with the perfect amount of warm honey butter drizzled on top, with perfectly crispy chicken nuggets tucked inside. The hash browns were still hot and crispy, even though I didnt open them up until I had eaten all of the minis. Lets face it, all Chicks are great, but the exceptional service and attention to detail knocks this one out of the park. The only negative is that its so good that Im going to have to up my workouts.

I am giving only two stars only because of the service. The food was delicious as expected from Chick Fil A. Only two of us, we walk inside and it wasnt too busy. There was only one guy taking orders and making drinks, several staff on breakfast break and cleaning windows(usually done at night or before opening, I thought?) and a ton of staff in the back cooking and prepping. We waited over 35 minutes to order and get our food. Meanwhile, the drive though like wrapped itself around the building and no one changed pace. To top that off, a staff member came out from the back to refill her water bottle and made the comment to the guy working up front alone, "-his name-, Is it just you up here?", then she just walked back into the back. Just very frustrating that our wait was so long for a fast food place.

I dont know if they recently had a change in staff, but my order has been wrong 6 times in the last 10 visits. Ive been going to this Chick-fil-A for 12-13 years and never had a problem till a couple months ago. My last order was a Spicy Deluxe meal and a 12 count nugget. I got a medium fry, a 8 count nugget, and a normal chicken sandwich with only 1 pickle. Only the fries was correct. Doesnt look like Im going to be returning to this Chick-fil-A anytime soon. And since this is the only Chick-fil-A on my route to work, home, and class; I guess I wont be having Chick-fil-A at all for quite awhile. Very Disappointed.

I preordered my food thru the app yet had to wait 15-20 min when I got to the store for my food to be ready - and they forgot my drink! What ticked me off the most was that there was a lady before me waiting even longer for just a milkshake. Food quality is expected standard of chick fil a, but attentive staff is clearly a lack at this store. Update 7/12/17: came back here 2nd time thru the drive thru, expecting that itll be faster than waiting in person. Stayed in line for 15 min, then was told to wait at the parking lot because the food isnt ready for another 30 min. Never again.

My wife and I stopped in to get something to eat and I got the new chicken spicy sandwich tasty she got a salad. food was okay salad little small but she was satisfied. When we ordered our food there was some confusion with the way she ring the food up. My wife wanted chicken in her salad so the manager came over and chastise the employee right in front of us that wasnt cool. I also asked the employee did she want me to talk to that manager because thats definitely wasnt professional. She stated no she was fine.

Very nice people (always), and they have made some very nice renovations to this location inside and out (two drive thru lanes that bottleneck into the one original lane). This location is at a busy shopping center, they need a bigger lot, because the parking lot is small and it is easy for collisions to occur, if someone put their car in reverse to back out of their parking space. Maybe they need to buy bank of America and burger King beside them, so they can have a bigger lot.

This Chick-fil-A has improved a lot over the past year. It used to be the worst one Id ever visited, and I usually drove the extra 5 miles to the Chick-fil-A in Lightfoot so I wouldnt have to deal with all the negative issues this location used to have. But now the staff are much friendlier, they dont get the orders wrong, they dont turn off the shake machine an hour before closing, and they dont forget the sauces half the time, all of which were true until this year.

Frist off I enjoy Chick-fil-A but I have some issues that need to be address. Let me start by saying the young man that tend to me was very polite and helpful, but the thing that got under my skin was this older lady pick up utensils that was laying on the floor in water and just place them back into the slots, I understand that they are rap in plastic but that was unsanitary. Then she took the take out trays to push down the garbage. Beside that I enjoy the service!

I go to a Chick-fil-A fairly often. This one had employees that were courteous enough to your face, but pretended not to see you waiting for a refill or waiting for some assistance getting the correct items on your order. I also understand that the drive-thru may get priority but messing up peoples orders, or having a ten minute gap in getting served for orders that were taken consecutively in store orders is pretty major.

I really love Chick fil A! Always good and friendly service. However the last visit I ordered two deluxe chicken sandwiches and a wrap. When I arrived at the drive thru window they informed me they were out of wraps. It was approx 730 pm when I ordered. I might expect then being out at close to closing but they should have known that when I ordered. I will still frequent this restaurant but was a bit disappointed.

The food was barely warm, and that was probably the best part. Were visiting from Texas and the attitude of the employees was unfriendly, very different from what were used to at other Chic-fil-As. Ordering was a SLOW process and getting our hands on ketchup and mayo after getting our food wasnt easy. This isnt the first chick-fil-a we visit in this area, but it is the one with the worst service that we have visited.

Chick-fil-a is known for their hospitality, but this one is hands down the best one Ive ever been to. The employees are all smiling and excited to serve you. They are all more than willing to go out of their way to help you. Also, look for Billy running around inside around lunchtime! He will take care of you no matter what you need (and then some!) & hes one of the most welcoming and excited people Ive ever met!
