We asked for a quote for a small business event we we were holding at the Wells Theater. They asked us to send an email giving them permission to drop off the food at the venue which, the follow day we sent them the email with the permission. 14 days go by & no follow up & no communication. We went with Norfolk Catering Company who worked out a menu over the phone & emailed me a quote within 30 mins!

McCloud Wedding

Working with Creative Catering for our wedding was a GIANT disappointment. In the beginning I was impressed, Jennifer was helpful and our tasting went great....and then the wedding happened. Terrible delivery, terrible food (dry, over-cooked and bland), and terrible customer service after the wedding when we attempted to provide feedback. Find someone else! An incredible and expensive disappointment.

The service was great and the food is amazing. they answered your calls within the first 2 rings and are always available to meet or talk to when you need confirmation or changes to your event. They work within your budget and even price match other caters. The menus are extensive and they are also willing to create any menu you desire.
