I was a member for about a year and was not entirely pleased with the service provided by the gym. First, I cant give it one star because it does have all the basic stuff you need/expect in a commercial gym and they do have pretty extensive child care hours. However, it lacks the attention to details that would make it a great or good gym, let me explain. The place is never completely clean, I dont mind a little dirt and grim, its a gym, but there is always dust in the corners, weights are all over the place and a general look of disrepair. Second, the barbells are completely sub standard. They are too fat, the knurling is poor and cheap looking and the bearings are all worn out. I could never do any cleans or dynamic lifts because of their poor condition. On that note, they dont have any rubber 45 lb plates, only 35 and they are the wrong diameter (too tall). The staff, at times, seemed more concerned about doing their own workout than cleaning or taking care of customers. The water fountain would be hot water sometimes. I could go on but Id lose you if you already didnt stop reading. Go down to World Gym and get a membership there, at least you can go to other locations.

This gym has horrible customer service. They have a suggestion box next to the aerobic room - but it doesnt matter, its just for appearances. I was a member here for a year and put in countless suggestions with no results. The management is NEVER around to assist you or answer questions. The most attention you will get is when you sign your contract so they can get your money. This gym robbed me. They dont notify you that your membership turns into a month-to-month membership once your contract is OVER, and will continue to charge you. DO NOT JOIN.

Gym is falling apart. I work out 5 days a week and talked to the owner a year ago about a lot of the equipment in the gym (especially the dumbells) that is broken or falling apart and still to this day he has not replaced them. Maximum belives in putting bandaids on the wounds of the gym instead of repairing them. It seems to be the general opnion amoung all of the serious weight lifters that they should change this gym into a "Curves" womens gym. I for one am switching to worlds gym this week.

Terrible. Mens room under permanent renovation that never finishes. Floods and smells like a catbox. Contract is deliberately difficult to get out of and automatically renews by default. Staff rude, condescending and unhelpful. Equipment is average at best. World Gym is a little more expensive but money well spent- more locations and youll make your money back when youre permitted to cancel your subscription without an act of Congress. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I was a member for 2 years, but now I have to do a separate membership plan due to my work schedule. I dont mind paying for whatever monthly payment that I have to pay, but what is going on with this enrollment fee. I have to pay it for every renewal. If my name and info are in the system, why do I need to pay 30 every time? Is the place out of business that it needs funding? I am sorry, but every other place just lets you go in pay for the month and work out.

Place is a pile I joined a year ago now and sauna hasnt worked sense and that was one of the reason I have joined also I go at night and I have not got in due to an error with the door so now my year is up and because I didnt bring them a not saying I wanted to cancel they said I roll into another 12 month contract or pay 200 to get out of it beverage sent me a letter letting me know it was up or anything will not suggest this place to anyone a bunch of crooks.

The membership for individuals under your gym plan cost $20.95, but theyll stay on your account under contract, and if you try to take them off they will charge you more money. The staff was notified equitment, and tanning bed light bulbs needed to be fixed, but takes no time to fix, but to just put a band-aid on equipment that doesnt work, instead. The t.v. signals dont work at all when on the treadmills. The sanitizing wipe boxes are normally empty.

Great Place to work out. Its been a long time since I been there at least 3 years. I started when the place was first starting up. I loved it and worked out 5 days a week. Hated when I had to leave because the place was closing at 10 most night, I see now they have 24 Hr wish was in SOMD but I have move. Loved the gym atmosphere too. When I was there knew everyone. Just moved to the area 4 days ago from Georgia and decided to join this gym after the use of a guess pass. It has everything you need for a successful workout. Being that my husband is a bodybuilder he is very picky about gyms but liked this one and the equipment.

The staff is amazing, the classes are fun and taught by very knowledgeable instructors, theres plenty of cardio equipment and childcare is free!

Enjoy this gym very much. The sauna would be my only complaint, small. But everyone is friendly and Ill be staying as long as were here!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean facilities. Has spacious locker rooms and tanning beds are in good shape as well.
