Full disclosure - I work here... But I didnt have to. I recently relocated to Baltimore for my coaching business but I also visit CF gyms all around the region in my role as a member of USA Weightliftings coaching certification staff - I have the experience to be selective about where I work and I have known Mike and his team for years and its a fantastic opportunity to be working here - come check it out sometime and see if you want to join us too!

I joined about 2 weeks. Honestly its great. The gym is spacious. The workouts are put together perfectly. Joe is an awesome trainer. Oh and everyone is friendly and helpful
